(Echt)paren Netherlands, 14 januari 2013	Kamer zonder raam Centraal gelegen. 4,7 Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer met balkon was prima. e volgende ochtend kregen we te horen dat we naar een andere kamer moesten omdat deze kamer duurder was.Er was ons bij aankomst niets verteld.De nieuwe kamer was er een zonder raam en een heel stuk kleiner.Het rook er erg muf. Alle kamers die je via agoda boekt zijn kamers zonder raam. Tevens proberen ze van alles te verkopen of regelen maar het is wel allemaal duurder. Wij zouden hier niet meer boeken.

My booking is the cheapest among the categories they offered. The room is at third floor, that not the problem just wondering their each floor is so high than ordinary other building, that’s maybe their building design nothing can comment much. Second is their room is no window. Third is their toilet is the main problem. The toilet basically was built within the cell room with no window. The toilet exhaust fan such the air of the inside and blow out within the room. You can imagine the situation if you are doing business or smoke inside the toilet. They really need to fix this matter, make a hole for exhaust fan to blow out the air to corridor instead back within the room. And please ….. provide proper blanket, was provided a piece of cloth. I got opportunity to sneak to see front rooms with balcony and window and back rooms however the toilets same situations. My first night air con was no cold; however after told staff this matter, the air con was fine for the next few days. So you can consider for other hotel or you can direct walk in when you at PP. Don’t worried Cambodia hotels have no rooms available as the hotels and rooms is surpass number of tourists.

The owner is cool and speaks quite a bit of English. He's helpful for visas and knowledge of the city. The basic room was small, no windows, dimly lite bath, upper floors a difficult walk. I went back later and had a larger room with balcony for $24. It was better but for the same price you can get a better room with breakfast at other locations. Food here was good, but over priced.

Air con poor, need to keep it running all day to get a chance to be cold. No elevator. Bed old and worn, had to get them to change the stained sheets on arrival.you get what you pay for. Great location for the river and girly bars. Annoying having to bang on the door to wake the night security guy up to let you in after 11pm. Good balcony with seats and table to people watch. Shower powerful. Sony TV good.
