Good price for the overpriced Hong Kong

Very courteous and friendly staff. Very good experience at the reception. Arrived a couple of hours earlier than the check in time and still got a room. The view on the 18th floor was not that great. A city view means you will have equally tall buildings outside your window! But overall a good place to stay. If there is any disadvantage, it is not near the train system. You have to take a cab everywhere and on weekday mornings it used to be a good 15 minute wait.

Better than Courtyards in the US

Reasonable price for the product, especially in a seller's market like HK. Far from the hotspots but easily reached by tram with transfer to subway. A free shuttle is also provided to & from major destinations & the airport express station. Small inconvenience having to wait for a room after a 16-hour flight, but it was a sold out period. Nonsmoking room was actually nonsmoking - no easy feat in the PRC...

we just lived for three days, and room service is good when we tried to require plug translator, there are some mistakes when we called room service about check out delay by phone, they told us it is fine，but we still received request from desktop about check out at 12:00, and they told us they didn't receive any info about delay.
any other service is good for us!
breakfast in administrator lounge isn't good.

located near HKU, 10 minutes to central. Very good harbor view. Room is clean and facilities are new. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and have two different choices.
