PLEASANT STAY AT THE ACCORD METROPOLITAN CHENNAI
LOCATION, STAFF AND SERVICE
OUR STAY WAS A PLEASANT ONE, WE HAVE BEEN STAYING IN THIS HOTEL ON SEVERAL VISITS TO CHENNAI. ONLY FELT THE TOLETS SHOULD BE CLEANED MORE THOROUGHLY AND ALSO HAVE SOME AEROMO SCENT WHICH WOULD GIVE A BETTER FEEL.. WE HAVE RECOMMEnDED OUR FREINDS TOO AND MANY HAD TRIED THE HOTEL MOST OF THEM WERE HAPPY. The service at the spa was very good. My wife was full of compliments for a Ms Asha who did the massage for her. Understand she was highly professional..

i think the standard drop
spa.the rooftop dining
this is my third visit to the hotel,lousy experience the water eas very dirty while showering the water was brown n waited for the maintenance to settle the issue.bfast is the the same thing for the wk I stayed.

Dissappointing attitude of Reception Staff
Cleanliness, Food, Location
Every Hotel I went to all I have to say is my name and they were able to track down my records except for accord. They required confirmation from AGODA which is irrelevant. The bills included breakfast which was complementory. Staff at the counter requires training in Customer Service including their team leader.
