Degelijk hotel, maar niets bijzonders

De gym en sauna waren daags bij mijn aankomst plots gesloten door problemen met de uitbater. Hiervoor werd geen enkele compensatie aan de gasten geboden.

Need a car go to city, but hotel clean. Good security. Room including breakfast which we are breakfast at rooftop. Really nice place for breakfast.

Very dissapointing check-out handling

Very dissapointing when check-out, they claimed there were a piece of snack losing from the room's bar and holded me for 20 minutes to check it before finally the know its their own mistake. They did not care about guest's flight time at all. so for 100% sure will not reccomend this hotel and for its rate, can easily find a much pro staff hotel in even better area like seminyak.

Nice stay for a short getaway.

It was a pleasant 4 night stay considerably. We received warm welcome upon arrival but was told that our room will only be ready at 12PM(Our actual check-in was 1:30PM). So, we asked for suggestions around but the helpful staff does not know much about the hotel surroundings . Food at the restaurant is of small serving size, waiting time is just right but the taste is average. Nearby the hotel is a small spa & there is a nice little ice cream place Gusto. Free shuttle to Seminyak Square is available at 3 interval but not for return shuttle. The amenities & facilities are slightly above our expectations but disappointed that the jacuzzi is not working. The connection for wifi was pretty bad in the room and password only last 24hours. Breakfast is the same everyday. Do take note that the staff needs constant reminder if you had asked them for something-taxi booking.
