goed hotel in deze prijsklasse.
personeel behulpzaam. en altijd bereid.

ik was tot nu toe de langst verblijvende gast in dit hotel, het hotel bestaat namelijk nog niet zo lang. het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. bv. een kapotte doucheslang was in 2 minuten gerepareerd. ook het ontbijt is oke verwacht alleen geen continental breakfast. dit hotel geeft je een indonesisch ontbijt in buffetvorm .kamer wordt keurig schoongemaakt elke dag. alleen de douche kan wel een iets uitgebreidere schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken. al met al zeker voor deze prijs een aanrader daar ook het hotel redelijk in het centrum ligt. in dit hotel is ook een karaoke gevestigd die druk bezocht wordt. is leuk als onderbreking van je verblijf hier.

Ingang is wat vreemd en ligt boven een garage. Kamer zijn van goed formaat, kamers ruiken wel naar de sigaretten rook. ligt niet al te ver van een aantal shoppingmalls. weinig faciliteiten in het hotel. ontbijt alleen ingesteld op Indonesische gasten.
Restaurant tip:
In de straat zijn een aantal goede eetgelegenheden en stallen.

hotel with great service
Room is big, staff are friedly, near to shopping mall

I have booked a junior suite where it was equipped with a big window.
Room is quite warm as the air-conditioned is not cold enough.
Breakfast with limited choices but the restaurant environment is great where it is located on the top of the hotel and you can have a nice view of the city.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is near to Grand city Mall with walking distance.
Don't forget to try satey klopo just next to the hotel.
Overall, I am happy with my 4 nights stay in this hotel.

some disappointment
very comfy bed, clean room and nice bar

we stayed for . the internet was not working, not even for one second since we arrived. the staff kept telling us that it was fixed but they never did. other guests were complaining too. finally we got a very lamed excuse from the reception "we lost the key for server room. therefore we are unable to fix the problem". that was so funny.
we were given a brochure says discount of all food and beverages" at hotel restaurant. we visited the restaurant and had something. when the bill came, the restaurant refused to provide and said to us that the brochure was a mistake discount only applicable to selected items only!!

Disaster. No window water dumped in sink
It is very hard to find good things.

Really disaster. Room with no window. Water is not flowing away from sink and shower. Staff cannot tell anything about surroundings and how to find something. Definetely not recomend
