Groepen Malaysia, 15 mei 2013	Nice and easy accessible Near major casinos, near airport and shuttle service to Venetian casino and nearby casino. 6,3 Some Reception counter staff were not helpful and in my opinion they are front liner and need too be friendly and helpful. By having serious looking face one portrays a very unwelcoming look. Slow to hand over rooms. Keys to 2 rooms not able to open doors after back from breakage at 11.15am. Time wasted going up and down to get it verified but still not accessible. Stressed.

Casino is just downstairs. In the city location so I can find the local restaurant easily. For conclusion I really enjoy with this hotel and if I stay in Macau next time, I will choose this hotel.

We were upgraded to deluxe room which is more comfortable and bigger. staff are not friendly.
