Very good
I spent 20 minutes for check out. There have 2 lines for queuing. May be reduce the queuing time if keep in 1 line.

Good location, small hotel without much facilities.
Good location is the only good point about this hotel and its kind of cheap compared to the other hotels nearby. Good enough for 3 people in a room but not those very big rooms with a lot of moving space. If just looking for a place to rest and shower, this make a very good choice. Bus stops within walking distance, eating place just within 5 minutes walk.

Not very good, such as some insect bite. Secondly, when checking out, the female staff cannot speak
Not very good, such as some insect bite. Secondly, when checking out, the female staff cannot speak normal English and cannot speak Cantonese, only Putonghua. While I submit the room key,.She checked around the paper when I use for check in purpose previously, I can see her face seems a little bit in difference, then she got my keys and ask I can leave . But I urge that she should give back my visa deposit slip. Then she present a slip and ask wether I have a signature over the slip. Then I discover that It is not my signature!!! Then I ask her senior to handle. Finally, the senior found out my visa deposit slip was attached to another room client. At last I can get back the slip and have to write " VOID" word on the slip, one ply to the hotel for reservation purpose, another ply for me to reserve. If I did not urge to get back the visa slip, I did not know what will happen, the female staff just ask me to leave. In fact she knows something must be done wrong. Very dangerous, insecure to me . Integrity is one of the key factor affecting the evaluation of hotel. Disappointed overall.

Clean, spacious room
booked a room for 3 ended up realised it was a room for 2 plus an additional bed. Breakfast was provided for 2 and have to pay for the 3 pax. Hotel shuttle service was abit confusing. It has no specific pick up point at the ferry terminal and it doesn't really pick guests on time. Room was spacious and housekeeping was efficient. Location is good. Besides their own shuttle services, Starworld is just across the road where they have their own shuttle services. Will stay there again.

Over all its okay.. clean.. just a fan in the bathroom not working well..
