There was fantastic to staying here

We were greeted by a "floating" staff who advised us to put our luggage at the baggage cos the room would only be ready by 2pm. Tis allowed us to make arrangement to have lunch before coming back for the check in instead of us having to go to the counter and be informed the same ting. Service was generally alright except for the inconsistent service of the lift guards. However, that aside, it was a 8/10 experiecne!

Good option if doing business in Cotai

Nice swimming pool deck, nice breakfast at the Conrad lobby (in the same tower), relatively good value

Overall a good place to stop a night in Macau especially when doing business in Cotai, as I was. One suggestion for improvement would be to review the price of in-room internet which at MOP$160 was exorbitant, so I didn't bother using it.

Room is clean, staff can speak good english and cantonese, nice connections with different hotel and nearby many other hotels can go to visit by walking distance. room service is good, food quality is very very nice as well
