Groepen Netherlands, 3 januari 2012	very great hotel, good service at the border of macau, going into sapce 8 perfect verblijf gehad in dit hotel. het duurde even voordat we ingechecked waren (ongeveer een uur). maar dit compenseerde het hotel goed daar ons een aantal gratis drankjes te geven in de lobby lounge en ons up te graden naar een executive room. perfect ontbijt op de 7de verdieping met hele goede service. zonde dat er geen uitzicht is. er zit een kleine bolling in het glas, waardoor je uitzicht gematigd wordt. ook had ik hoge verwachtingen van het golfslagbad, maar die deed het niet. Sightseeing/attracties tip: Ga naar the house of the dancing waters! Prachtig!!!

The location is in GALAXY area which is very amazing, very nice designed, based on Peacock. All are done very detailed with high quality materials, high tech lighting and sounds. When we enter the Okura Hotel, everything changed. We feel like in Japan. The Lobby interior, staffs in Kimono etc make us really feel the ambience of Japan. The room is big, very nice designed, the material chosen, colour etc. The bathroom is high tech, automatic toilet, bath tube with TV, motorized wood blinds. Very kind and helpful staffs. You can buy Ferry ticket from there, the staff will assist you to get the ticket.

Gezinnen met jonge kinderen United States of America, 5 mei 2013	the hotel is good but difficult for english the concierge and the pool staff 7,7 it was a lovely hotel, just wish the staff was not so mainland!!! the philipino waitstaff at the pool was excellent. One even babysat my 5 year old daughter as my wife had a manicure and i had a buisness call.
