Voordeel dat het vliegveld dichtbij is.. Jammer dat er verder vrij weinig te doen is.. strand is niet noemenswaardig en verder is er alleen een zwembad..

voor mensen die ook recensies lezen

mooie schone kamer , hotel is ook nieuw en ziet er schoon uit .

Allereerst wil ik opmerken dat als mensen een recensie schrijven ook best negatieve punyen genoemd knnen worden ..
Dit hotel is absoluut géén 3 sterren hotel.
De kamer is in weliswaar in orde , maar aan lle faciliteiten die zich zeggen aan te bieden mankeert wat .
Bij aankomst waren alle 3 de liften kapot ( erg jammer, als je kamer op de 5e verdieping is!! ) s avonds was er 1 even gemaakt, en daarop is de monteur weer naar manilla gegaan , ( en die andee 2 kapot schijnt zo te horen ), Echter de volgende dag weer kapot!!
Het zwembadwater was groen maar werd behandeld . toen het uitbehandeld was was het groen weg maar nog wel troebel. ach als je alle nadelen bekijkt, is het duidelijk dat ik enorm spijt had dat ik voor dit hotel gekozen heb , terwijl in de buurt een hotel /resort zit in dezelfde prijsklasse , waar alles wel in orde is .
Ik denk dat het management gewoon eens rond moet lopen en kijken wat er nu allemaal mis is , en het ( zeker welwillend ) personeel aansturen waar het nodig is .
Restaurant tip:
als je rechts af gaat zijn er langs de hoofdweg d wat verder wat meer restaurants( links ook maar die zie je gelijk al ) .
Bovendien zit daar white beach resort ook ( moet je rechts op t splitsing / restaurants links met weg mee ) ook ...zo had je ook kunnen genieten voor hetzelfde geld ..kijk dus daar maar niet maakt het alleen pijnlijker .

Big but private basic rooms cleaned daily
The view from deluxe rooms 5 th floor or above is brilliant . All the staff very friendly helpful

Great pool and surrounding grounds good food good included breakfast in main restaurant. Internet is not working in rooms but usually ok in reception area . We looked at other resort style accom and stayed at 2 others and went back to EGI . I would not book standard room and miss out on the great sea view to save a few dollars .

Bad location, poor service, lousy room

By the description of the hotel and it's location as well as the pictures shown on Agodas website the hotel looked nice. We where greatly disappointed by the hotels location all by it self with nothing else around. The staff was not service minded at all, the restaurant (where we were the only guests) was really bad, the towels was tattered and it was an over all bad experience. We had booked this hotel for our first and last night in Cebu since it was close to the airport but after the first night we quickly decided that there was no way we could spent another night in that hotel!!!
Tip:
Do not choose this hotel!

Our room was small and there was cold smoke, although we requested a nonsmoking room. TV was very dated. No internet inside our room. Swimming pool was big but dirty. Old and dirty sunchairs. No pool towels. Beach not suitable for swimming.
Hotel staff not friendly, didn't give us room before 2pm, although the hotel was nearly empty. Never stay there again.

Room was very nice and clean. Resort wasn't really near anything, including the beach. Price was a little high for what was given. Breakfast was minimal.

Ok, first impressions was gee this hotel looked good but when i got to my room there was no mini bar and the fridge was off and the phone was broken so basically no room service.
The breakfast was basic and not very appealing for western taste.
Dont leave coins laying around as the room staff will steal them and management do nothing when i made a complaint!
No tour bookings can be done at hotel and you have to find your own way to do something around the area
