Did NOT meet their claim of 100% satisfaction
It did not feel like a 5 star hotel, which was dissapointing. The room office chair was peeling. Room makeup took a long time and the toiletries were not refilled. The people in the doors did not assist me by opening the door while I was pushing a baby stroller, they were busy chatting. But the reception and restaurant staff were very accommodating and were sensitive to the needs of a mother with a baby

It's the place to stay
Across the street from SM mall. The mall has Watson's, which is like a small Walgreens, just in case you run out of anything. This hotel is classy, clean, and the service is excellent.

Litle things mean a lot
We were upgraded to a busisness class room but the small amenities as iron and hair dryer was not working. At breakfast, we were placed in a table to our liking but when we return from getting our food in the buffet table, we were surprise the table assigned to us were given to another guests. The food in the buffet table always run out of stock and no refill is done. Very disapponting for a five star hotel. Having many guests is not an excuse why foood can not be refilled and seats given away to some other guest. No coordination among the restaurant staff.
