Damp/wet feeling of carpet and floor towel. Bed is a bit damp too.
Some dark spots on pillows.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel. We stayed here 5 years ago. The location is excellent with the MRT station just next door. The room is reasonably clean with the basics provided. The breakfast is simple and adequate. But for the price I pay, it is value for money.The staff are also friendly and helpful.

dissappointed with the front desk staff
its cheap for the location, its right beside a subway entrance and there are restaurants all around

hotel was ok, but had to rate it down because of an arrogant young front desk staff. she should realize that they are in a hospitality business and should be smiling and courteous at all times! she treats people with a "take it or leave it attitude" which was very disappointing.
