The hotel solve for us very quickly and they upgrade us to pool access room as an compensation for the hiccup for the checking in and trouble. Well done...

Close to beach 8,7 this is a lovely hotel and is not in the middle of town but didnt bother us. the beach is just a few steps down the road and restaurants are cheap with lovely food. the resort is lovely. Tip: There is a travel place across the road that hires out scooters for a good price.

This was the worst: 50 baht pet day for the room safe,one room key only, many shouting and smoking people everywhere, very lousy breakfast, unfriendly staff in front desk, banging doors to wake you up, puddles on floor in room, water running down walls in room , weak air con, 1950 baht hotel transfer to airport (local taxi charge is 1000, so the hotel rips off its own customers. Tut tut tut). These comments have been made before. Clearly management doesn't listen. Old hotel, old management style. They need to understand that the Customer is king, especially when we can post reviews online these days.

The pool area is large and lends itself to adults and children alike. The rooms were of a good standard, but with every older hotel, cracks appear, quickly followed by dirt and hair!! Breakfast was also of a good standard, but limited choice for lunch and supper if you so wish to eat in. Uitgaansleven tip: You will have to walk to the other end of Karon to find most of the restaurants, but a lovely 15 min walk down the Beach. Do not use the hotel taxi service to the airport. Go and research a metered or private hire taxi / van, it will be half the price. Lastly, the hotel service charge is everywhere, 10% on all food!

Pool and good food. 6 the hotel itself is nice but the hotel staff wasn’t the friendliest. we enjoyed the restaurant staff and the food was great. the complex of pools were very enjoyable, although the slides for the kids look more fun on-line. it appeared that the pools were heated which was nice. the rooms were okay, pretty standard. strange smells through the hallways of sewage. the hotel is situated away from the beach in the middle of other hotels, shops and restaurants, which seemed to be the reason for the sewer smell. it’s kind of “trapped” amongst things. we relocated after several days due to its unfavorable location.

Gezinnen met jonge kinderen Thailand, 16 april 2012	Nice hotel for the family vacation large swimming pool for the children and adults 7,7 i stayed on the fourth floor in case of tsunami warning and i don't have to evacuate! suggest for family vacation and just under 100 meter away from the beach (karon beach). but, hotel need to be improve on the elevator door closing operation. i was struggled to press the closing button many times the door still not close.

(Echt)paren Australia, 12 maart 2012	Great value for money Pool, location 8,7 great location. just 50m to karon beach which is much nicer than patong. pool was great, although a little too shallow. close to plenty of markets and restaurants. facilities were much nicer than you would expect from a 3 star hotel - it was more like a 4 star hotel. plenty of variety for breakfast to suit all tastes. my only complaint was that the bed was a little hard. ideal for families and couples.

Gezinnen met oudere kinderen South Korea, 29 februari 2012	expensive and poor interior no 3 my family is 5,, age 2,4,6 years old,,, we choose orchid resort to see only sliding in pool,,, but interior is very pool, breakfast is bad,,, and orchid resort has over 500 bedroom, but parking area is very small, only 6 car can park,,, and even safety box is not free,, etc
