Lambertus V. (Echt)paren Netherlands, 17 augustus 2012	Heerlijk hotel in het oude centrum Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Behulpzaam perrsoneel. 10 We kwamen aan met de nachttrein. Uiteraard namen we een taxi met meter. De taxichauffeur heeft ons een sightseeing van de stad gegeven alvorens ons bij het hotel af te zetten. Hier trapten we niet in, we wisten dat het hotel vlak bij het station lag. Het personeel van het hotel is zeer behulpzaam bij het conflict geweest. Eerlijkheid had de taxichauffeur veel tijd en gedorven inkomsten gescheeld. Ook bij het verdere verblijf in Hanoi is het personeel zeer behulpzaam geweest met tips, we hadden een heerlijke ruime kamer, het hotel is schoon. 's Morgens een lekker ontbijtje. Sightseeing/attracties tip: Het Mausoleum van Ho Chi Minh is alleen in het weekend open, 's morgens van 9 tot 11 uur !! Bij het Militair Historisch Museum is de tekst helaas alleen in het Vietnamees weergegeven.

We stayed in a superior room, if we were to stay longer we would have upgraded to deluxe as the room was quite small. The bed was pretty hard but you get what you pay for I guess. Hotel was centrally located to all the attractions and provided a great breakfast free of charge. Staff were really helpful. We would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Hotel provided airport transfer for good price.

Room nice , staff courteous. Lack of wifi, a real issue however.

The lock on my door was old and i could never lock it on my way out. I had to call up someone to help. Wifi had only 1 bar so internet service was bad. Thats about it

Didn't want to leave! Clean, tastefully decorated room with everything I needed (fridge, closet, toiletries). Friendly, helpful staff. On a quiet street with some ladies selling vegetables during the day, but close to the main shopping and eating areas.

Service, breakfast, Yen. 9,3 I arrived early morning, about 8 am, on the 30th of April, which is a Vietnamese holiday. Receptionist was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke great English. I opted to pay 60,000 dong for their breakfast (which was included the next day) and it was awesome. I used the hotel wifi to catch up on some emails, skyped with my mom, and by 10 am my room was ready. Giant room, biggest I've had in Vietnam. They upgraded me for free. Only problem was no wifi in the room and bed was really hard. Other than thatthe room was very nice. Rceptionist set up tours for me to Hua Lu Tam Coc and Sapa. Probably couldve gotten it cheaper elsewhere but the conveinance was amazing. I could keep going about the service here but this website is getting all whacked out as I type.
