Vriendelijk personeel en goede kamers. In de buurt van het hotel zijn diverse restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Indien ontbijt niet inclusief is, is er de mogelijkheid tot ontbijt in de omgeving van het hotel. Kamers zijn schoon en elke dag schone handdoeken indien gewenst. Restaurant tip: - Italiaans restaurant: Cantinetta Antinori, (Jasomirgottstraße 3) - Restaurant Café Limes (Hoher markt 10)

We arrived in our room to be surprised with a large modern room, and a rubber duckie sitting in the shower cubical. A very cute touch. Hotel is 20 m from food locations, supermarket and 100 m from the nearest metro station, Schwedenplatz (U1 line) Hotel has free wifi, and you only have to input a password 1x every 24 hrs. Others need it every time you use the internet. Beds very comfortable. Excellent location, great room and pleasant stay.

It belongs to big hotel-chain so that there's no problem of facility and service. But if you plan to stay long at Vienna for enjoying of sight-seeing and city mode, I don7t recommend this functional hotel. And more than I supposed, to reach for the hotel by taxi from Mitte Station was tough because the center of city is complicated to reach for. The hotels outside of link are more convenient. Uitgaansleven tip: I went Concord Card Casino for the poker game, where is just 10 min from the center of city. the casino is very friendly even for the traveler. I enjoyed the game.

Close to shops and cultural attractions. 8,7 We stayed 4 days and had new-year in Vienna. The hotel had good service in the reception and in the restaurant. The room was relatively small, but ok. We got a good offer for Silvester-dinner at the restaurant and had a good meal. We like to come back next time!

Washing room is amazing. 7,3 The room is a little small but everything is still ok The fashion design is cooL , very fashionable, and the mini bar has a lot of choice. The room is not big enough for us to settle down the suitcase, but it 's ok. Maybe our suitcase is too big. Wifi is smooth. The location of the hotel is not bad. 10 mins next to the train station and underground. 20 mins to the shopping centre. NICE! the reception service is good. The staff there is nice and they have a lot of services such as mail service and transportation service to the airport. The service is cool.

Groepen Singapore, 26 augustus 2012	Clean hotel with excellent staff and great locatio Clean hotel, excellent staff and great location 8,7 i was on a 2 week europe trip and stay in 4 hotels and i must stay this is the best. all rooms i have stayed in are clean and comfy. but the staff at the reception are excellent in their services and so helpful! they even help me with my train schedule and printed a copy for me. they were patient in explaining the directions too. the hotel also has a computer and printer for use at the lobby which is helpful if you want to print out documents n online tickets too. the location is great in visiting the touristy spots.
