a very new hotel,great staff,plus great food ”
decided to stay in the 9 dragon hotel,as its very close to the international airport,on leaving cambodia...the hotel is a nice suprise,the staff were excellant in all areas,from receptionist to the dinning areas,where i had the most amazing;y great ice coffes and shakes plus the best sweet and sour chicken ive ever eaten..hotel pool also very welcome..its not so far from the city,either,but certainly close to the airport.........

very good stay in 9 Dragon hotel”
Actually,it is the final stay in Phnome Penh before we left Cambodia. So we chose a hotel near the airport. 9 Dragon Hotel is a good one, everything in the hotel is nice. But I went through a bad experience when we ordered a TuTu and the driver spent more than one and half a hour to find this hotel around airport area. That's crazy. At last minute I was almost angry and decided to change the hotel. Luckly after that we found it. I don't know what happen exactly. The driver can't find the location and he said the address was wrong. And we also asked the people living around there but nobody knows the hotel. At last I also used GPS to locate it but still can not find. Finally, we found it and superised that the location is just near the main road to the airport. Crazy, how come no one knows where the hotel it is?

Most peaceful stay ever had in a busy city”
I had a 4 day stay at this hotel in Mid Nov 2019, I must say that I loved this place so much. Room and bathrooms were clean and tidy, facilities were so good, food was good and value for money. staff was extremely welcoming, polite, kind and helpful. This hotel made me forget all my travel exhaustion I had on the busy streets in Phnom Penh. If I ever visit Cambodia again, I would definitely choose this hotel once again. Higher floors have a great view, Go for breakfast as early as possible. It's refreshing!

Convenient and pleasant if you don't mind mosquito”
i stayed here for one night, and it was almost perfect. the staff were very kind, the restaurant was delicious, and it's very close to phnom penh airport (pnh). i didn't use the pool, but it looked quite inviting. also, there were a number of kids running around happily, so i'd say this place is family-friendly. my only complaint was the mosquitos. i noticed them in my room early on, so i went to a convenience store next door and bought some repellent. those must have been hungry mosquitos because they didn't seem to mind the repellent. in retrospect, perhaps i should've asked to be moved to another room. if all the rooms have mosquito issues, perhaps bed-nets would be a good idea...

Good hotel for out of town Phnom Penh”
We picked this hotel outside Phnom Penh as we were returning there at a later date. Unfortunately arrived late and no quiet rooms available as requested. Hotel did their best to accommodate us but were fully booked. Room we settled for had noisy solar heating panel above on the roof which disrupted our sleep. We did move to a quiet room eventually for our last night.

this hotel was way beyond our expectations. this was by far the very best hotel we stayed in during our 2 weeks holiday in cambodia. the staff is so polite and accommodating..they always have a smile on their faces and always available to help out. they didn't hesitate to give us a late check-out the next day due to our flight leaving late. the pool is very nice which they keep clean all day long. there is a beautiful clean gym with good equipment...a nice sauna and steam room...everything is spotless. our room was excellent...big, beautiful with rich looking furniture, included a fridge and a bathtub in the bathroom..that was a bonus for me. the room was spotless, not a mark anywhere. it definitely felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel with such a good price. the breakfast which was included in our booking was excellent...there was a menu to order from and they offered cappuccinos and other coffee deluxe. their food was very very good as well..we had lunch and dinner..good prices with excellent service. the staff will also book you a tuktuk to take you to the airport if you like but there are tuktuks on the street for you to bargain with. the staff did reserve one for us but we bargained at $5.00 to the airport.

Perfect place to rest before flight”
we stayed there for one night only, before our flight out of phnom penh. we received a very warm welcome upon check-in and were offered arrangements for transportation to the airport (we were leaving very early in the morning). we managed to hunt down few mosquitoes roaming the room, but the room itself was spotless, with good wi-fi. we didn't have the chance to try the breakfast, but it was included in the rate. hotel has a pool and a gym, and while we didn't have time nor energy to indulge the pool looked clean and well maintained. overall, one of the best options for resting before your (especially early) flight.

Nice hotel close to the Airport”
ideal if you want to stay close to the phnom penh airport. the tuk tuk drivers at the city center or your bus stop may not know the location, so have the driver call the hotel and get the exact location before you start. once you get there, you will find a nice clean hotel with a swimming pool and a fitness center. the restaurant is good, and the breakfast not elaborate, but sufficient. they will arrange a drop for you to the airport, but we preferred hailing a tuk tuk from the street outside for 2 usd.

Lovely hotel and great location for airport”
we stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport and it exceeded our expectations. not only great value for money, it was newly reburbished, lovely rooms with comfy beds. the restaurant was very good, drinks a little on the expensive side. would definitely recommend it for its location and helpful staff.

Friendly staff but hotel was not that great”
I have been all over Thailand and Cambodia so I am not that picky of a traveler but I am not a big fan of this hotel. It is clean and basic so it gets the job done but I stayed here two days and there was no hot water. I am familiar with the thin hard beds commonly found in the region but this bed was like a brick and the only room lighting are these really bright flourescent ceiling lights that make the room feel like a hospital. There is nothing to do in the surrounding area so if you are in Phnom Penh for pleasure you need to stay in a different area. They allow smoking in the hotel rooms and our first room smelled like a nightclub but the front desk kindly moved us to another room. I hate to give this hotel such a bad review because it has potential but I would not stay here again for many reasons. The management could easily resolve all these issues and it would be a much better hotel.

Great hotel, Fabulous Staff”
Stayed here for 2 days with my sister - while I was a bit disappointed when the only room they had left was a king-size bed, the hotel didn't disappoint otherwise. It was somewhat "no frills" in terms of room service, etc. but the breakfast was delicious, the room was big, spacious, modern and very clean. Loved it. Would go back!

Suspicion of valuable private item taken out of the room”
Location of hotel was near to place of work. Front office staff helpful, polite and friendly. However, 'lost' our Robotics Huna set. The box set that we placed on the bed was removed from room by housekeeping staff (we can only assume). We wonder why? Is there such a policy in place for item to be removed from the room without the guest knowledge? Our box set was eventually found at the front desk. Really suspicious event.

nice hotel with clean rooms and attached restaurant. great facilities including pool and gym open all day. rooms are clean and mini bar options are available, providing cable tv, aircon, hot water and kettle for boiling water. great location for the airport as is about 15 mins away by tu tuk. to get to riverside is about 30 mins away by tuk tuk and will cost about $5usd.

Perfect for early flights”
My tuk tuk driver had a really hard time finding this hotel so make sure you have the phone number of the hotel to give to your driver so they can find it ok. The bed was soo comfortable and the room was very clean and provided all the conforts, excellent value.

I liked the location and the security. The staff were polite and helpful. Restaurant food was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no hair dryer or safety box in the room, and the quality of the toilet paper was not good (tears easily).

Totally delightful wonderful location”
wonderful stay in this delightful hotel,great location and plenty to see in the area, great food and drinks. very handy to most of the attractions but a Tuk Tuk is the only way to get around the city and see the real life of the villages and city attraction loved the open spaces and beautiful gardens flowering trees, what a delight highly recommend to all travelers going to this part of the world
