It is just about 5 minute walk to Susukino which is food street so its very convenient.

“Incompetent and rude host”
- No check in instructions sent with my booking. - Poor communication before and during the stay. Unanswered emails regarding check in for 2 days before arriving. - Unanswered phone calls while I was waiting for 2 hours out the front of the building for instructions. Did not even have the decency to return the phone call “after her dance class” instead emailed me in which it was too late, I was forced to book alternative accomodation as I was late to meet relatives for dinner. - Very rude and non genuine apology for the inconvenience. Tried to put the blame on Agoda and would not accept the fault as her own responsibility. - Refused to help find a solution for the first night that we were unable to stay due to her INCOMPETENCE. Instead we had to go through Agoda which were able to provide a gift card for compensation. They confirmed that it was indeed the hosts fault for why we didn’t receive any check in instructions. I would not recommend this listing or host to anyone.
