"For budget hotels, this one is quite good. By car, it is 5 minutes from the airport (some 25 minutes on foot) and 10 minutes from the beach (some 40 minutes on foot). Public transportation to the air field is available with frequent rides. To go to the city, having a car or using taxis would be the right choices due to the distance. There is a shopping-and-dining village across the street. The hotel offers parking as well as a nice swimming pool with sun-deck. The 2 elevators are fast. Standard rooms are compact but well designed. You might need to be creative with storage if you have a lot of clothes, though. Just the same, I was very favorably impressed by the large flat-screen TV with local and international programming as well as the comfortable bed and great pillows. Windows have orientation toward sun-rises, which can be quite spectacular. The shower is truly well built and works to perfection. The hotel serves an outstanding (and very tasty) Mexican breakfast that was better this time than on my previous stay a couple years ago. Staff members are efficient and courteous, and there is also a snack shop at the reception. I enjoyed my visit beyond expectations and will surely consider this hotel again for future trips to Acapulco. Thank you very much!"

"I had a great experience here. Before arriving, I called to inquire about suggestions for transportation from the airport - and they offered to send a driver to meet me! I called as I exited the Arrivals Hall, and the driver arrived in fewer than 10 minutes. Rogelio was very friendly and eager to help. The property itself was charming beyond my expectations. Apparently all rooms are different. Mine had a flat-screen TV with international programming as well as a refrigerator. I appreciated the complimentary water and hot teas. Decoration throughout is unique and tasteful. The vegetation is beautiful. If I had stayed longer, I would have preferred my room to have a proper closet for storage - but I didn't have any problem because I had few clothes due to the short duration of my stay. The complimentary breakfast of fruits and yogurt was delicious. All staff members were phenomenally professional and happy to help. The beach is only 2 blocks away. I'll make every effort to return ASAP!"
