My husband and I just landed from an international trip and needed a place to rest quickly prior to his appointment at the US Embassy. Airo Hotel is located right across. The reservation team were quite accommodating, we booked for the night before but explained we will check in early morning. Arrival at Airo Hotel was smooth and check in was a breeze. They allowed us a late checkout of until 1pm at no charge so we could rest more before our next connecting flight. The place is clean, with bare minimum toiletries. Bed is comfortable to sleep in. Our only issue was that only 1 keycard is provided and it also serves as the power card, so there was a bit of time I left my husband with no aircon because I had to go down to meet the delivery guy. Otherwise, I would recommend this for those who travel into Manila for the US Visa. Reasonably priced. No parking spaces so not for those who will bring a car.

Pros: 1. Walking distance to Rizal Park. 2. Got several convenience stores nearby. 3. Helpful staff. Kudos! Cons: 1. Stayed for 3 nights, and they did not make up my room even once. I requested from the cleaner and still did not make up my room. 2. Sound proofing was bad. I heard loud noises from the next room during the night up to midnight. 3. Smart TV available in the room but can only watch YouTube because other streaming services need user account.

The hotel is located near the US Embassy, Rizal Park and Intramuros. And there are varieties of convenience stores, fast food and restaurant nearby. The room we had is the double room with bay window and the view is nice as it faced trees of the park in front. The space is enough for up to 3 person and is well cleaned. The bath is clean, nice and spacious. The shower has warm option, it is not hot but just enough warm for me. The downside is there is no hair blower. There is allocated spaces for luggage and bags, and desk if you wanna work from a hotel. You can ask staff for iron. They have their own cafe.
