We stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful! Clean! Room is big enough, we didn’t have window which is always little bit worse. But the room was so clean, nice furniture, nice bathroom with bath. Everything is calm there, like in a spa hotel. Breakfast was soooo big, you have so many choices, 3 soft drinks, tea, coffee, waffles, jams, Nutella, small croissant and biiiig savoury options. Soup, eggs like you want, salads with 5 options of dressing and fruit. In the price we had free fitness and sauna, I can recommend it. I spent every night in the sauna. And on the rooftop there are 3 small pools, maybe jacuzzi is better calling. And open bar. The view from the pool is amazing, especially in the evening. And the staff speaking in English and they’re so friendly and helpful. Thanks for that ❤️

The hotel is in a great location with nearby restaurants, eateries, and massage parlors. It is also close to tourist attractions and transportation is convenient. The hotel breakfast is very rich with options such as fried eggs and Vietnamese beef noodles. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the staff are very enthusiastic and polite, from housekeeping to the restaurant and front desk. Upon arrival, the staff helped us with our luggage and even provided umbrellas when it was raining. The front desk staff provided a lot of travel information, especially Tammy, who had a friendly smile and provided a lot of help. When it was raining and we needed to go out to eat, she even lent us an umbrella. Therefore, I highly recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the room, which was comfortable and well-kept. The front desk staff were courteous and very helpful, and the breakfast was exceptional—arguably the best in Saigon within this price range. Unfortunately, our experience with the spa was disappointing. We made an appointment directly with the spa at 11:30 AM for a session at 3:00 PM. However, when we arrived at 2:30 PM to confirm, we were informed that they had booked other guests until 5:00 PM. We were directed to speak with the reception desk for clarification. At the reception, we were told it was a misunderstanding and that appointments should ideally be made through the front desk. This raises the question: why did the spa staff accept our booking initially without advising us of this procedure? Ultimately, we had to return the complimentary spa vouchers, as they were no longer of use. This experience was disappointing and left us feeling quite disappointed.

His service attitude is very good and polite👍The breakfast is good. I am a vegetarian and Sang J also takes care of me. The chef and waiters are also very polite and Friendly 👍We are very satisfied! Every employee in this four-star hotel is so polite and helpful. From the receptionist to the breakfast department, the cleaning staff, including the ones who open the door to pick up the luggage, are all so friendly and polite. Although the rooftop swimming pool is small, the scenery is beautiful. We booked a reservation for five people in total. I booked three rooms and stayed for three nights. The rooms were not big but OK. Except for the dim light in the room and the high bathtub, which is inconvenient for the elderly, everything else was good. It would be better if the bathtub was replaced with a shower. Because the bathtub is too high, it is easy to fall, and the lighting is too dark and it is inconvenient for the elderly. Nice hotel but many mosquitoes ”
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We arrived early (around 5am) on the check in day, the lobby was dark and there was 1 employee sitting at the front desk. We asked them to keep the luggages for us and hung around at the sofas in the lobby. We sat there for more than half hour and no one asked if we needed water or tea. Remember we arrived early and were tired due to the long travel before. I then approached the guy sitting at the front desk and asked if we could have some water or hot tea. He told me the hotel restaurant weren’t opened yet so no water or hot tea. I was like so if the customers check in early, they would not serve any welcome drinks like they advertised on Agoda website when we booked. I then took a walk outside and came back in 15 mins. I met the courier who helped me carry the luggages inside earlier, and asked for water, he then immediately gave me water. This proves that the other guy didn’t care and go all the way to help the customers. In addition, the hotel lobby had many mosquitoes. My husband and aunt hot few mosquitoes bites. The room we got was 703 . The room was quite spacious but the ceiling lights were dimmed. I barely could makeup with this lighting. The next day we discovered the air conditioning dripped water and the hotel sent their crews to repair. After the repair, they left the floor with water and dust. They didn’t call anyone to come and clean up. I had to call room service myself. Overall, the hotel location is great as it’s close to Ben Thanh market and shopping malls but the restaurants are kinda far (15-20 mins walk). The staffs should be more considerate to their potential customers and the hotel needs to use some treatments to treat mosquitoes. After these experiences , I would not be back.
