The room design is nice and cozy. the bed is super huge. i got 2 queen size with a cheaper price. only i am not satisfy with the toilet. it's very old and not maintained well. hope the management can look into this matte...

Booked 2 deluxe queens & 2 deluxe family for malam raya. Comfortable &clean budget hotel. Only soap cum shampoo provided. Good water pressure. No lift, only stairs. Ample parking. Speed99, 7e & few restaurants across the main road. RM50 deposit(refunded). RM2 for tax(paid at hotel).Worth the money paid for short stay

We rented a private-owned apartment just to get the family close to the Waterworld and the Safari Park. The condition was mediocre and felt dated. Only two bath towels were provided even though the bedding was for six (and we indicated that six of us were staying).

The accommodation is good for group or gathering. I stayed two times since this year. There are some point needed well maintain. Needed upgrade kitchen facilities , air con not in good condition , toilet flash not working, towel was provided opon requested both stayed experienced ( should be there once check in ) and needed reduce uses of chlorine in pool. We had a great time staying here. The room's theme is a hit even to adults.Really suitable for large family gathering. It was convenient stay as it was spacious to move around. It would be great if there was a carpet at the hall for feet comfort. All in All, great!

not much of a complaint as its a villa styled and good for family with kids. good breakfast with gd stay for at least one time.

Swimming pool was good. Hopefully the owner will do some maintanance for the house and the interior is rundown. Major Maintance have to do.

The house was clean, very neat, and spacious. Had a good view, parking also easy.

Room was a bit dated but spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom has 2 queen beds and the other room has 2 single beds. The kitchenette has a small fridge, a microwave and an electric kettle. Overall ok. No star rating so keep your expectation low.

fully equipped homestay.

its situated inside the A Famosa area itself. but a bit far if ur planning a trip by feet. if have transportation to get around it should be ok.some units can see fireworks from A Famosa. some dont. but overall a nice place for a family to check in during a visit to A Famosa Theme Park.

Good, since my purpose was there for golf. If you are to visit Malacca town, this hotel is 30mins drive to city centre. The address advertised Melaka city center is misleading.The Mayang Sari is in the midst of the Student campus.Good thing is that carpark is reserved and in front of the hotel.

cheapest price in that area, 8 persons stays, nice view with sunset, cool and pleasantly stay, Aircon functioning well. Con: Bathroom ceiling with some water leaking , sofa is broken.

overall OK. only one toilet not so clean. very big swimming pool. Very enjoyable for the whole family.

Excellent place for family to stay. Host was quick in response, facilities were great and comfortable. Parking space was a lot, there was a swimming pool at the next building. Great for family.

Book the villa last minute so the owner said the room is not ready and staff already went back home. He help us to look for a replacement villa. Appreciate it but the replacement villa condition, funiture and equipment is old. However we enjoy our stay!

The big cons for this property is that the toilet is not very clean and one of the room got dusts and long leg spiders inside, which we need to clean ourself. The rest of the room is good and neat.
