Only stayed a night. Everything was great.
I enjoyed my stay in ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose Japan because of its world class customer service, friendly and accommodating staff, room space and hefty breakfast buffet.
The hotel is super clean! Premium room is big sized and not the usual hotel in Japan.
If you are tourist, have JR Hokkaido Pass and planning to go around Hokkaido on day trips, I recommend this hotel. Located in Chitose means it is more spacious than other hotel in Sapporo at same price. Some restaurants and Aeon can support your dinner should you have it. It also more convenient for early flight. And we are frequently get upgrades from IHG hotels.

had a very comfortable sleep here, the room is also very clean and quiet. have numbers of restaurants on the first floor and very important is, there's a familymart too. there are some fast food restaurans close by too, and aeon mall just beside the hotel. pretty close to chitose station too
Booked this hotel thinking it was close to (next to) the airport but it was a good 15 minutes drive away. Getting a cab out from New Chitose was a nightmare and I will highly urge anyone thinking of a transit to book the airport hotel (in the airport). ANA Crowne Plaza was nothing like the photos shown. The room we were assigned to (1035) was dated and dark. I had an eerie experience myself and do not recommend bringing children here to stay. Staff were uncontactable in the morning despite the front desk being manned. All in all, this was my worst decision made in life.
Good breakfast, good staffs, Gym. If got Onsen will be perfect.
I booked last minute and checked in late, the front desk staff is a bit rude and not polite at all.
Breakfast has great variety and quality is there. Room sound proofing is bad. There were kids next door banging the walls in the night. Toilet has a sewage smell. In dire need for renovation. Hand lotion was low in supply and not much could be dispensed. At the checkin counter, the staff mumbled something about a "gift".....of 2 bottles of mineral water for me to carry to the room. I asked if the room has bottled water. He replied - yes, but this is extra. Never seen a more stupid "gift".

Staff was not very friendly, the room is clean but a little bit old with just centralised air-conditioning, can not adjust the temperature even the room is freaking hot and with poor ventilation.
Very convenient hotel close to airport so was good as we haves an early flight, staff was very helpful
Hotel is conveniently located right next to a department store, with restaurants nearby. Rooms are sufficiently spacious, very clean, and the staff are generally helpful. Facilities are nice, with a bar with a snooker table where you can chill and meet people. Nice experience and I would say it has great value at this price.
For me my rating to Crown Plaza CTS is absolutely EXCELLENT. especially the staffs in the reception very friendly, supportive. Twice I requested for taxi. At first they told me it is about 30 or 40 minutes waiting time. When I told them I need to be in my appointment location at that time, they did their best really to find ways to help me get an earlier taxi, and it happened. So with their help, I was able to reach my appointments on time. Food are excellent for me, the location is near the domestic and international airport. The shopping mall is just one building away from the hotel.
Other than the location, I would not recommend this hotel. The carpet is not vacuum properly with dirt visible. As it is a cold winter, humidifier is not automatically provided and request is subjected to availability. Room decor is outdated and does not come with a safe box. Booked a room for 3 pax but amenities given was only for 2. These little things showed how much little effort the hotel put in to create value and satisfaction to its customers. Coming from a reputable branded chain hotel, the service cannot even be compared to some smaller chain hotels we stayed.
Will definitely stay there again whenever i am back in Sapporo/Chitose area
Nice hotel. Really enjoyed the spacious rooms! Within short walking distance to shinagawa station. Good location. But when pushing luggage uphill might make the journey feel a bit longer than usual. But just walk at your own relaxed pace and enjoy the walk. But if there are any elderly in the group, maybe just grab a cheap taxi ride uphill.
Clean room and toilet. comfortable. no complaints. no regret. will definitely come back again. thanks to the teams for maintaining the hotel well.

4 stars hotel not provide onsen and in my room full of dust, all my body allergic coz of dust, the sofa and carpet very dirty
This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. The room was large and clean. I highly recommend.
We arrived after 8pm. The hotel was easy to locate near to Chitose station. Checkin was fast and the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, most of the shops were closed, there were choice to eat nearby. We only stayed a night as we head to Sapporo the next morning. Overall, it was a good stay.
Very welcome staff. There are a mall, shoe shop, many restaurants near.

Good hotel near airport. Convenient for food and shopping at Aeon on the opposite site.
Location is really nothing to complain about. Very near Chitose Airport. Lots of restaurants and fast food as well around the hotel. Family mart is right beside the hotel lobby. How convenient is that?

This hotel is not as close as your website says. Also, there is no airport shuttle. We had to take a taxi to/from airport. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Speak English well.
Great hotel to stay. Quite affordable and one of the nicest one in that area but please work on the pillow!

A nice hotel conveniently located near shopping mall and Railway station
Hotel is convenient with basic shopping + near train station (2 stops from airport station) . It looks grand and have amenities of ihg group. However the furniture looks dated. It will b great if they can upgrade the look and feel, other than this, all great. There is even a driveway for car to pick up ( seldom to see in japan) and family mart downstairs for emergency needs!

Great location, AEON and lots of restuarants are in walking distance. A right choice to stay one night before starting the road trip next morning

I had to return to my departure point, New Chitose, due to thunderstorms at Haneda Airport, but I was able to book reasonably close to the airport, or here. Hokkaido is a very weather-sensitive place, so it pays to know the candidates. It is close to the airport and the facilities, although not new, are clean and comfortable.
“Layover ”
This is our second time staying in the hotel. We liked it last time so we booked again for this year. It is very convenient and comfortable for our family. Will book again next year.
