2nd time here and will come back again!”
We went there in August for our birthday and the staff/place is so beautiful that we came back for our son’s birthday in October. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Love the balcony area for some quiet time while my son naps. The toilet is also huge and so much space for my 2 year old to run around. We stayed in the resort throughout the trip and it didn’t felt boring. My son loved both pools, main and infinity. And the short walk to the private beach is a bonus. The food is also delicious and there is a wide variety for the breakfast buffet spread. The staff are also attentive and friendly. Cons… maybe just one thing: don’t ask to clear the plates before we’re done eating. Can’t wait to come back to the is paradise thats so near to Singapore! See you guys soon

The hotel concept is so amazing. I checked in during sunset and the check in procedure was at the balcony overseeing the sea and the view was marvellous. The staff were very good. The room is clean. The bed is very big, probably super king size. And more importantly the breakfast is delicious!

From checking in to check out everything was smooth. Breakfast was ok. Location facing the sea as i got the highest floor. I love the 2 pool. So relaxing and calm. Bed was huge pillow was ok. Overall i love it so much! Will come back to try the villa.

For the first time, for check in, the staff came to you, sat you down, gave you a welcome drink and then did all the check in procedures. No need to q. No standing and waiting. Best hotel in Desaru in my opinion. the villa is spacious so you don’t really bump into ppl or see ppl as much so it’s private and quiet. During Covid times, don’t need to panic of the crowd. Pool was always empty too whenever we went for a swim. And that was 3D2N of swimming from 12pm -530pm. (Cos our son just wouldn’t leave the pool!) Breakfast is superb. All sorts. From Asian to western to healthy. The food for lunch and dinner and room service is also amazing. Staffs are well trained and professional. They and the hotel itself gave me a vibe as if I were overseas enjoying my holiday. The kids club is great. Sent our 5yo there. He enjoyed his time with the staffs in charged. Loved the bicycles that are placed at every corner. We cycled from our room to the pool, to bfst, to the beach.. we basically cycled everywhere. :) Will definitely come back for a short getaway.

Sadly, we only stayed one night here..everything was great and excellent..the room was spacious and very clean...we can enjoy so many things in the resort...the beach, pool, bicycle, park...really value for money.. i think the only thing that we think anantara can improve is dinner - the taste was not as what we expected from a resort/the price..however, the breakfast was reallyyyy great thank u anantara..

Celebrated our 2 year old daughter’s birthday..the staff’s were really accommodating especially during the night of my daughter’s birthday celebration..she was smiling from ear to ear during the suprise singing ceremony… food layout for breakfast n dinner buffet were more then enough..with lots of varieties.. however, lunch was quite slow..we had to wait for 1 hour just to get our food..mayb they were not expecting diners during the time we came for lunch.. but anyhow..great ambience, great stay!

Stayed in a 1BR villa. Although it doesnt face the ocean directly, there is a pleasant water body. The villa is built in "kampong" style and is a pure 2 floor luxury, with a huge infinity pool with jet streams. The spa is excellent , well worth at its price point. Overall, a very value for money stay. One minor gripe is the restaurant was fully booked out in the evening, apparently for non-residents. They should set a side some quota for residents.

Lovely rooms, welcoming open space. Spacious, clean and comfortable bed. Regal bathroom, lots of nice personal touches. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Pools were amazing. Great views. Beach was clean and nice to swim around. My favourite was the bikes to cycle around the resort, also the suspended beds in the pool area. Very Zen and inviting. Enjoyed our stay.

My first time here, stay for short vacation with my friend. super breathaking view from the swimming pool. I enjoyed the stay so much that I love all the activities, the facilities, the room, the pool, the treatment from your staff except for the day I suppose to checkout, at 10.30, 1 male staff ring the bell & straight came into the room without waiting for us to response/open the door for him! that was shocked. when i asked him, he just said sorry. he entered wrong room. wish you can train the housekeeping staff better. please don't simply enter any room like this again. other than that, I will give you all stars you wanted. BTW the breakfast was yummy too but need to wait quite long for the coffee. maybe you can prepare a coffee machine for those who love express non fancy coffee. but the latte i ordered was super yummy. Would love to visit again some day.

Beautiful hotel. We were upgraded to the 2 bedroom villa and it was wonderful. My only issue was that I felt the service at the pool bars was a bit slow, I needed to go up to request a drink, rather than waiters coming to us to hand a menu or ask if we wanted a drink. I just felt they could have been a little more proactive. Other than that, it was wonderful and I highly recommend it.
