The room size was ok event improper of the size of bathroom nearly equally to bedroom size (bathroom too big). The staff really concern about cleanliness due to dust on all the table in the room. There is few problems before we reach this hotel. We arrange our schedule due to work but we already paid in full (in other period because of high season in sapporo (I truely understand that condition)). I tried to reach agoda staff several times via phone call in local and oversea and email to reorganize our booking. But contact with agoda it was a failure procedure. I even try to sell for my friends and family, but no one free in that period of time. So that the last thing I did was contact via direct to hotel, and it is done!!!. So greatfull with this hotel. I doubt that agoda really try to reach the hotel or not. By the way I am VIP platinum member of agoda, and I truly deeply lost confident in agoda.

+ First of all, I booked a Single room but the room was SO huge it would still be enough for 3-4 people. Such a big plus point considering how cramped Japanese rooms usually are + Counter staff were polite and would always greet me when I exited and entered the hotel (unless they were busy serving other guests) + I love the onsen-style bathing area beside the tub - I could sit down and rinse myself after soaking in the tub 🛁 + In terms of cleanliness, the room was very well-maintained. It was clean everywhere even though the room was not super new/recently refurbished (= kudos to the housekeeping team) + Free mineral water, coffee, tea, toiletries, and nice glasses you can use if you would like to 👍 Nothing big that bothered me but if I nitpick: - A bit of a walk (albeit a straight path if you take Exit 4) from Susukino Station which takes about 7-10 mins, but as hotel name suggests, it is to the West of the station so do not expect it to be right outside 👌 - It was fall when I went and the weather was getting slightly chilly already. Hence, the aircon system was giving out warm air, which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep even with my legs out of the blanket. There was a separate machine which could give out cool air but it did not help much 🌟 Overall, I was absolutely surprised to see such a huge room, especially in Japan! Stayed at APA Hotel Sapporo Susukino Ekinishi and had a pleasant experience! The location is super convenient—just a short walk to Susukino Station and surrounded by plenty of dining and entertainment options. The reception staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was surprisingly spacious compared to typical business hotels in Japan, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for a convenient and cozy place in Sapporo!

“Way above my expectation on this APA hotel”
Had a good surprise when we checked into this APA hotel at Susukino Ekinishi . The quad room assigned to us was way beyond my expectation and was really large and spacious and very clean . Eventhough we only stayed for 3 nights, we got new supply of towels and other amenities on daily basis. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent and opposite has the streetcar station. Walking distance to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and many eatries. Just next to it 7-Eleven. So glad we chose this hotel and will definitely stay here again if we are back to Sapporo. Thank you so much to all the staffs in this hotel for their excellent service.
