Wonderful choice. Full of charm and hospitality. Extremely comfortable. Huge bedroom. Plunge pool. Excels in the market it aims for. Great value, especially after having been given an upgrade. Superb food. Staff always welcoming and smiling.

Excellent”
Beautiful, well appointed room which was cleaned well each and proved very comfortable. Huge bathroom! The bed was super comfortable. Very good cafe and excellent restaurant. No gym or pool but those did not interest me. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was the poor internet connection but this is a common issue in Phnom Penh. Highly recommended overall

Nice Boutique Hotel in the City”
Like my room as it is spacious, and if you are here for leisure, you will like the small personal pool or tub right outside the room. Staffs are helpful and friendly and the restaurant in hotel has decent food with good desserts and good pastry.

Exquisite Hotel with Excellent Services”
I visited Phnom Penh for NYE celebration and stayed at Arunreas for 2 nights. It was a very pleasant experience. The boutique hotel provided a large room, comfy king-size bed, powerful air-con system, huge bath tub, L'occitane bath gel, Bose iPhone SoundDock, free iPhone 6 Plus with sim and data, etc. Staffs are friendly, thoughtful, and responsible. The hotel is also located at city center, accessible to various locations with a relaxing tuk-tuk ride. It is also within a more localized neighborhood, compared to the other 4 stars hotel mostly at tourist-packed riverside. I shall visit again.

A Rare Treasure”
Arunreas is one of the finest hotel experiences we have had in our many years of travel. It is a new hotel with artfully designed rooms that are spacious and comfortable and home to one of the most popular restaurants in Phnom Penh. It is the staff however, that deserves special praise. They are a bright team of enthusiastic professionals and they did everything imaginable to make our stay perfect. An additional thanks goes to director Nicolas Juralina and concierge Sarith.

Amazing, simply the best experience we have ever had! ”
Arunreas provided us with an amazing experience, the rooms, food, service and staff were very helpful and consistently brilliant. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded from our already awesome room to a huge room and in 30+ counties we have never stayed in such a well managed and stunning Hotel. One evening we took a Tuk Tuk to a local restaurant Malise and we got pretty confused with the currency/got swindled and paid $40USD for a 5 minute ride. We called Arunreas asking for help and he Hotel called the driver for out money back before we had started desert. Brilliant!

Amazing stay in Phnom Penh!”
We can't say enough about this hotel and it's incedible staff. Everyone was so helpful, attentive, professional and caring. Beautiful rooms that are spacious, comfortable and clean, with luxurious bath and shower. A great place to return after a day in the city! Perfect location, great restaurants and tourists sights are all a quick tuk tuk ride away. Lynette (who works the evening shift) was so helpful and greeted us with a smile and great recommendations every evening. We wouldn't hestitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh. Well managed and exceeded our expectations, especially the great staff!

A modern boutique hotel with Great Staff. ”
Pros: Newly furnished, clean, good breakfast, nice staff Cons: Inadequate amenity like gym/swimming pool I have reserved a grande room with 3 adults, and once upon my arrival the extra bed is ready here and check-in time just like 5 minutes. The room is big and clean which you may not find elsewhere in Phnom Penh. The total number of room of the hotel is just around 20-30 so the staff always recognise your faces and help you to solve any problems. The General Manager (the guy sitting at the back in concierge) and the shop manager of the restaurant are very nice and every morning asks about our comments of the stay. 2 points maybe need to be improved: 1/ breakfast serving time is too long I have ordered my noodles at 8:30 which not yet on table like around 9:15. Just some customers may hurry to airport and wanna have a quick breakfast. 2/ add a tea name label on the tea pot Staff can't recognise what tea is until they open the cover and smell in front of customers.

Very good”
We enjoyed our stay. The food for breakfast was excellent and I would recommend the restaurant. The rooms were very spacious, and the bathroom was very well designed except for the lighting which I found to be lacking. Very hard to see in the mirror without proper lights. I would coming back again if staying in Phnom Penh.

Absolutely gorgeous!”
We were here over the new year's holiday - for a couple of nights. hubby and i got really sick due to food poisoning but that is no fault of the hotel. we must of ate something bad outside. this hotel is absolutely stunning and spotless. nothing bad to say about it. breakfast was super. we booked the City Grande room and oh my word its just the best looking room we've ever been in. bed and pillows were so so comfy we slept like babies. they had a jacuzzi in the room but we didnt get to use it. staff were marvellous. always greeting you with a smile and very very helpful. we commute via tuk tuks they were really cheap anyway. we enjoyed our stay tremendously and if we ever return to PP we will deffo stay here again!

Thumbs up! ”
The hotel was recommended to me by an acquaintance who is known for being as picky as I am. The room was hip and just too good. Drinks in the fridge are all complimentary while you can enjoy your own coffee machine. The food in the resto is just as good as how it showed in the images. I would recommend their cold cuts and platter of cheese and from their selection of wines. And oh wait for the free flowing wine and cheese too for a price you don't want to miss!

Very nice boutique hotel”
Booked a mid tier room and was very surprise that it was such a large room. it had a huge tub beyond the shower. Ordered room service and the food from the French kitchen was great, the bread which was entirely made from the kitchen tasted beyond words could describe. Tried the 3 course high tea and it came with a tea or coffee, choice of cakes and tarts, and bread with egg. Every dish was very good. On top of that, the service level was excellent. The staffs were very helpful with various requests from getting a tuk tuk and giving directions to the tuk tuk. Although hotel is smaller compared to international brands, they are better managed and more personalised. The only thing that could be improved was the switches in the room was kind of confusing, I really could not figure out which switch was for which lights but trial and error each time I go to sleep. Overall, it was a very good experience.
