This Hotel was superb in mostly every detail except for staff and pool After researching several hotels in makati, reading countless reviews we choose the I'm Hotel . We arrived early (11:00 am ) and they allowed us to check in early without charging us extra , the hotel is high tech and they showed us how to use the gadgets in the room like the T.V , offered us break...

This hotel has become my first choice hotel in Makati City. I used to book hotels in Makati because of the location and with many restaurants nearby. But I found The A.Venue hotel convenient for me with SM marketplace across the street and other restaurants to choose from. I will be gping back definitely.

The hotel is well located in Makati downtown metro manila. Close by are all the shopping malls - from cheap to luxury goods. Restaurants are scattered amongst these but I preferred Gilligans and Gerrys - good food, good prices and good entertainment at Gilligans (behind Max's). Cannot beat Filipino grilled chicken! Oh, and Long Island Teas....

Our stay at the Tune Hotel in Makati was an excellent one; my partner and I were very satisfied with the room and the service, considering the excellent price. If we needed to pass through Manila again (we wouldn't want to spend a whole holiday there!), we would definitely come back. When it comes to hotel rooms, we only have a few key criteria when travelling in So...

For years I have come to Manila and stayed in the City Garden Makati Hotel which is across the road from this one. The grand Hotel is everything that the older Hotel is but just what it says ....much more grand!! Now we have chandeliers in the lobby and a magnificent roof top pool and restaurant with stunning views over Makati. The rooms are great, new and provide g...

There was a problem that arose from booking through the agoda website. The agoda website said breakfast included. The hotel said breakfast was included only for the adults. Our six year old would be half price or 400 pesos. I showed the front desk the paper copy of the booking showing that our breakfast was included. They immediately agreed. They stood by the paperwor...

You can stay at the Shangri La and pay a lot more money, and you can enjoy the aging plumbing and lights in your room. Or you can stay at the Peninsula, and enjoy being treated as a visiting family member. The location is as good as you can have in Makati. The hotel is across the street from everything. The stock exchange, the beautiful park, all the malls, Glorietta, ...

Often coming to Makati for business, and being explorative by nature, I often try to make new finds in the continuously changing accommodation of the worlds capitals. One such deviation from my chain of regular crash-pads was my visit to the The Picasso in Makati. Due to connectivity issues enroute from the airport I had failed to make a booking in advance, so I arriv...

My partner and I have never been to the philippenes and foolishly booked a cheap hostel in Malate last minute before landing in Manila. To our suprise our hostel was in the middle of a very scary area, we felt unsafe the whole time so decided to upgrade to a better area and better accomodation. We booked the Eurotel Makati and we were so happy. it is a very big hotel, ...

I stayed a week a the St. Giles and, found it to be a nice hotel for the money, but not a 4 star hotel as some sites have rated it. The PROS of the hotel are that it is a new, clean hotel, with a great staff and a good location. It is easy to get a taxi, a variety of entertainment (not just the go-go bars, actually a couple of Manila's top nightclubs are footsteps away...

Fantastic friendly staff, very inexpensive hotel in Makati. Overall I was quite happy with my stay. It would have been a lot better if they had more options on their buffet breakfast. . Rate is quite low for a Deluxe and it looked really new and spacious the room was equipped with all the basic amenities and it also came with free wi-fi. Excellent staff service, wond...

this is my second stay in this hotel in the last 5 years. still nice, the location is perfect for business people. right in the middle of makati downtown. great for shopping, resturants & privacy. very nice & accommodating staff. always wearing a welcoming smile & always helpfull. ammenities in the room , however, sholud be added daily which was not done. espe...

Holiday Inn is a wellknown hotel in the world needless to say, however, this hotel in Makati is a brand new and superior than the Holiday Inn I have experienced in the USA. I would recommend this Holiday Inn for the traveller who is looking for an accomodation closer to the hotel one class higher but do not wish to spend for same. I stayed for a business purpose this t...

I could not say enough nice things about this hotel. There are a handful of hotels in Makati claiming to be 5 stars and they are more like 3.5 or 4 stars. The standard at Fairmont I'd more like 7 stars. It is such a clean hotel, inside and out. I did not feel cautious walking around barefoot in my room bc it was that clean. I was very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed...

Best value for money hotel in Makati. all staff from doorman to room maids were simply awesome, nothing was a problem to them, the front desk performed flawlessly. the roof top pool and rooftop restaurant were aligned with the big hotels claiming 5 stars. would not hesitate to stay here again, centrally located, bars and food venues on your doorstep. The rooms, w...

Travelled to Manila with my family last month (April 2018). Decided to book at The Charter House through Agoda. Wanted to stay at an affordable accommodation near Greenbelt shops. We made the right choice. Price and location-wise, this is the best hotel in the Makati area. Daily housekeeping available, staff were all courteous. Will definitely stay here again next time...

its our favourite hotel in Makati, stayed here more than once and will definitely be back. Its proximity to Ayala Triangle, spacious, modern and clean rooms is what we love about it. They also have great staff and the swimming pool at the top is a bonus.

I enjoyed my stay in aruga hotel. I'll definitely come back. The hotel lobby is very clean, so relax , nice smell , staff are very efficient and helpful. It's a very exclusive hotel and very peaceful . Upon arrival there were available staff to help us with our bags . We checked in smoothly. The rooms are all equipped with washing machine and dryer, stove , microwave ,...

We just had our overnight stay at One Pacific Place last Oct.9-10,2012. Although I have read a negative feedback on this in trip advisor, we decided to give it a try because 1) it is just a walk from my husband's office (LKG Tower, Ayala) 2) I found a good discount for this in Agoda.com and 3) I read the General Manager's reply for the negative feedback in the same ...

This hotel is relatively new with fresh and sophisticated facilities. Although it’s in makati area, it’s on the far end depending on your usual travel destination locally. Nonetheless it is still relatively near to glorietta and SM malls, few local pubs, the makati itself and nearby cities. The commute is not far flung from metro Manila but be wary when commuting on p...

Stayed at E-Hotel many many times. The location is as good as any 5+ star hotels in Makati. The hotel is clean and safe, facilities are as good as you'd need. Why pay 6 times the price for hotels in the same area when E-Hotel does the job. Great staff, great location, great price, good room service menu and prices...…… No brainer for me !

The location of the hotel is excellent. Right beside all the shopping and 5 mins walking distance to Glorietta Mall, Green Belt, etc. Its also nearer to the airport than hotels in Makati Ave, so taxi fare can be negotiated down to 200-250p.. its rare that you find an honest taxi driver willing to go by the meter. Staff were efficient and helpful and because the hot...

There are very few good-value 3-star hotels in makati, manila - guijo suites is about the best I've found. The rooms are a bit small, but clean and functional - the air conditioner works well and is quiet. The included buffet breakfast is good (if repetitive)and about the best I've found in makati in a 3-star. I recommend Guijo suites....

I have been a guest of this place, I called home for the last 15 years or so. Every time I visit Manila, this is my home away from home. It used to be a mom & pop operation... It is so personalized the owner normally was in the vicinity everyday to see day to day operation. I am a unit owner in one of the condo hotels here in Makati and I still choose to stay in Durban...

Ive spent 2 new year’s eve here in the mini suites and that was before when the pool and gym is still not operational. Now that the pool and gym (although very basic) is already accesible to guests i can say that this is one of the best hotel in makati- considering its price, location and facilities. They’ve also upgraded my room from solo to double without an extra ch...

I really liked this hotel in Makati. It is not too expensive and I felt that it offered good value for money. I liked the safety boxes, which were put in our rooms upon our request, and the 24 security. I also liked the fact that it was easy to find this place. The hotel is didvided into two part, the new one and the older one. I felt that the rooms in the newer part w...

The Best Western was a nice and convenient hotel in Makati. The rooms were well kept and had a nice bathroom. The room service was nice. I was able to order a very tasty hamburger at 3 am and the price was very reasonable. It's location has it positives and negatives. The positives were that it was on a main street which provided for easy access to the jeepney transit ...

This is a very clean and new hotel in Makati. The rooms are small but comfortable. The safe box can take an ultrabook easily. The water pressure was good. The hotel was quiet however the room can take some noise from the corridor. You can buy shampoo water etc from the corner 24hr open shop as the hotel doesn't supply enough. There are 24hr shops under the Teleperforma...

The friendliness of ALL staff. It’s a guest’s advantage to stay in Astoria Greenbelt. It being a small hotel in Makati (5 floors) became its best asset because the service is super personalised. Staff attend to every needs of its guests. They didn’t scrimp on toiletries. The towels, bedsheets and robes are clean and smell good. Our room is always thoroughly cleane...

this is a three star hotel but overall i would say this is a four star hotel. very friendly staff. they have strict check in time at 2pm but we we're allowed to check in early at 11:30 pm such a relief :) thanks green sun :) very near at the vfs makati . if you have appointment in vfs makati for visa and other stuff. this is the best place to stay. very near at the ...
