B2 was a clean and well located hotel to spend a few days while in Chiang Rai. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Very well located for walking all around central Chiang Rai. I would have appreciated a kettle in the room but otherwise good place, no issues
I went here first time for me but I very like this hotel because very clean and quiet. Good location and lovely staff. I will be back for sure.
This hotel is possibly worn at the edges but the key elements are good. Very clean, nice bright bathroom, comfortable bed and relatively quiet. Lots of food options in the surrounding area, some of which are outstanding but inexpensive.

Standard room with large window is recommended over deluxe room. The only difference is deluxe room has connecting door and kettle, but higher price.
Standard room with 20 square meter is better than premium room which costs more. This is because of large window in the standard room which makes the room look more spacious. Direct booking with the hotel is 30% cheaper than with agoda, but instant payment is required. Old hotel with rotten furniture. However, the staff are friendly and efficient. Excellent location.

Basic hotel , clean , nice staff , location 10 mins walk from main area, shower ok all you need for the price , would use again , only here for 2 days
Decent budget hotel. They require a cash deposit for damage. ( they require actual cash, will not use card for a deposit like most hotels) They give you back the deposit at the end of the stay.
Excellent cheap hotel close to bus terminal.

A shabby and very tired place in great need of refurbishment. The bathroom even had a hole in it, and the shower was tricky to position right. On the plus side, it's in a good location, the superior sweet was spacious, and aircon good. The only view was into the back yard, no sunshine. Pretty noisy from the rooms above when every time so.eone flushed the loo, you could hear the water rushing by in the pipes. It's not terrible, but I think we'll choose somewhere else next time.

This hotel is great. It’s clean, nice and comfy. Its location itself is near to the halal restaurants and halal street which is a great recommendation, especially for Muslim tourists . It is also near to the night bazaar. Those places are in walking distance and there are tuk-tuk all around the city.
Great little room and the hotel is located with just a short walk to the main town. Bus station is a 15 min walk away and it’s a perfectly situated to stay whilst renting mopeds to visit the temples.

Fairly handy for the clock tower and bar area. The hotel has few facilities. No breakfast or pool. The rooms are ok and clean. It’s basic and functional and the price is ok. There is adequate parking.
Its was an old building , not good looking but still functioning not that bad. however ,the walls are so thin , i can hear the next room s snoring and i can't sleep at 2 A.M. . Terrible.
Room clean but water heater not strong. Nearby there is restaurant.

I stayed in the suite for 1,000 baht per day, and while it was spacious and affordable, there were a few issues to note. The building is quite old, and the room feels outdated. The lighting was insufficient, with only one side of the room being properly lit. We requested an extra lamp, which helped, but it was still quite dark overall. The mattress was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, and the hot water ran consistently. The furniture is a bit worn, but it’s acceptable for a budget option. One major disappointment was the bathtub. The listing showed a bathtub in the suite, which was the main reason I booked it, but our room didn’t have one. I'm not sure if this was specific to our room or an error in the listing photos. On the plus side, parking was convenient as you can park right in front of the hotel. The location is great, within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Overall, this is a decent choice if you're on a budget, but keep your expectations in check regarding lighting, furniture, and advertised amenities.

b2 hotel is the best
Room was a bit dark and worn out however the location is superb and walking around the area becomes easy. There’s a huge parking lot as well.
