Very nice accommodations in the heart of Phnom Penh. Room was excellent, cleanliness was very, very good and food offering was excellent. We are planning return again. This has already been our fifth time.

Great hotel with a fairytale like pool. Rooms are spacious and theres great coffee served in the cafe downstairs. Go for it!!!

Nice hotel with friendly and attentive staff in a good location. Maintenance in the rooms was disappointing. You can see marks on the walls and stains on the wooden doors, something that sets a great hotel apart from a good hotel. Rains shower had no water pressure, asked to be fixed which they did not do, toilet pump stopped working more than once in both of our rooms during our 3N stay. Again, not awful but if you want to be a 4-star hotel you need to invest in maintenance and not buy cheap material and then charge at this price point. Pools are nice, although I never saw the deck pool get cleaned and there was loud music by the pool. Food at the rooftop is only western , slightly overpriced and quite bland. Breakfast on the other hand is incredible! We were looking forward to it every day. Biggest complaint would be the loud music from the rooftop. Even 4 floors down while enjoying the jungle pool I can hear Shawn mendes screaming “I can treat you better than he can” and Adele crying “hello from the otherwise”. It’s all day and it must come from management, but it does absolutely not fit with a boutique style hotel, which should instead offer serene tranquility. That is just my personal opinion, maybe others enjoy it. In the evening you an expect bangers like Skrillex and black eyed peas.

Fantastic location, but unfortunately the service is just so so, the maybe the management style is rigid and not very customer oriented, so it reflects on the way staff service the clients.

Very nice hotel, with surprising touches (like an AirDresser in the room, handy when it is raining). Breakfast is very good, rooms are just the right size and the right set of amenities. Only possible downside is if you get a room on the 5th floor (515 to 520 I think) under the rooftop bar : it can get noisy at night or early in the morning

We stayed at Baitong on the last night of our Cambodia trip. It was a treat after spending 2 days exploring temples and a 6 hour drive from Siem Reap! The hotel is located in BKK -- an area that is dotted with restaurants. We arrived at 10pm and still managed to walk to the nearby Pizza 4P's for a late dinner. We love walking so I'd say this is still centrally located (around 20mins to the Grand Palace!). But the hotel itself is wow. Love that it is (literally) wrapped in greenery. The pools are amazing, the rooftop bar is quiet perfect for a night cap (though closes at 10pm). And the rooms are very clean and thoughtfully designed. Only downside for me is the slightly small bathroom (but not too much of a downside that I'd take away a star). Overall a great stay!

If you’re looking for a resort for honeymoon, this is the place to go. The Staff is friendly and the place is very clean. The rooms are beautiful and especially the bed is so comfortable to sleep on. It’s so beautiful, and they have two pools. If you like nature, they have a forest type like pool and it’s amazing. Finally if you are a morning person and like breakfast. You should definitely go the food is delicious.

Worth money for short trip in PNH. Few improvement points are noise from the other rooms and surrounding buildings especially at night and too small bathroom.

Fantastic location in the heart of Phnom Penh’s ex-pat scene. The hotel is serene with lush green and nature vibes. Plenty of quality restaurants are mere footsteps away, and a convenience store on the same corner block for any last minutes needs. Super friendly staff- would stay again next time!

I always stay in this hotel whenever I travel to Phnom Penh. Room and toilet are big and clean. Love the staffs here and the place keep improving . Many eateries around so no worries as far as food and groceries are concerned. Recommended

This has been my go to property in Phnom Penh for years, three pools, amazing staff, rooms comfortable, breakfast is amazing, massage by Bodia comes with extra if that's what you are after, was a surprise to say the least but it's Cambodia and I guess they want to supplement their income, overall this is an amazing hotel

Love this place. Really well designed, lots of plants, a beautiful relaxing environment in the city. Rooms are spacious and clean, and everything smelled like lemongrass - nice touch! The rooftop bar is great, breakfast was good and minibar stocked with local jam pot pepper canisters that make a great gift (price was good too!). Staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely come back here.

They charge $8 for a slipper which should be provide by the hotel. Staff are not friendly. Hotel is crowd and noisy. You can hear the traffic out side from the road to the room. I would not recommend this hotel, there are plenty of place to stay.

They have some cleaner doing there work at 7am in the morning and they are making so noisy with a strong sound and loudly as well hotel should have cleaning time and keep clam when they are doing there work !!

The location was good with food options and convenience store near by. Not noisy / rowdy at night. The staff were friendly throughout. Room was clean and spacious. Had 2 swimming pools and in-house massage (very convenient!). Wifi was reliable too

Enjoyed my two-day stay at Baitong Hotel, Phnom Penh. The rooms are cozy and clean, as is the rest of the hotel. Good value.
Stayed here for 1 night and have booked another night already 2 weeks after. Hotel staff is very welcoming and the rooms, facilities and food are very nice
Stayed 2 nights, in a pool and sauna room. Room is about average size but the bed was huge, maybe 2 king size combined. I wonder why so big bed , 4 people can sleep easily. Pool wasn't big at all maybe about 2 size of a big jacuzzi and its not heated. And it had a steam sauna next to pool. Sauna works great. It gets heat up within 5 minutes , size wise good for one, but couples can fit in if they are not large ppl. Bad thing about this room is there are too many mosquito, cause of the pool and this hotel has a lot of tree and plants all over. All the pool rooms are located in first floor. They should install a screen patio door at least, during 2 nights stay I got bitten dozen times. And another thing is these Cambodian mosquito are small so it's not that itching as western one's hahaha. This hotel breakfast was nice. I paid about$150 a night for Cambodian Hotel..... maybe you need to think twice before choosing, there are a lot of other hotels. Only reason I choose, was it's in Korea town.

This is my 2nd time here, I love the place. Hotel is just the right size for great personal service but large enough to move around. The spa was exceptional, very clean and professionally run. Breakfast always well presented with a menu that you can order specially cooked but included. BKK1 location is now becoming the center of PP, having great restos, bars and hotels. I highly recommend to businessmen and families.
