You could do better for the money you pay. ”
Too expensive it’s not justifiable. Lovely place but not for the price. For that kinda price one would expect heated showers, WiFi (there’s none), air con (it gets really hot at noon), and most importantly a safe. Better off at Sara resort. Run very professionally and abt the same price

The thing is, I’m sure this place is usually great. But I have to review what I genuinely experienced.... The WiFi is unusable for anything work-related. It is unstable and slow. The electricity didn’t work for a whole day, which meant we didn’t have water, lights or fan. However, you have your own private beach which is amazing. And the breakfast is SUPER AMAZING. Very overpriced room though. You are paying a premium for the beach space. I think this hotel would get a near perfect review from me, if it were not for the lack of electricity, water and WiFi. The owner is really great and he was trying to fix the problems.

All undoubtedly the very best besides one manager’s rude behaviour”
Location, value for money, cleanliness and all the staff local and foreign made this place truly stand out, except for this French manager Jeff who was very unpleasant and rude to us when we wanted to verify if breakfast was for free as displayed on Agoda. He went directly defensive and said unthinkable things to guests, “we never put free breakfast and Agoda sucks...you go claim your breakfast with Agoda”, “I never make mistakes”, while trying to show me his backend management system. We told him we were not there to challenge him and it was totally fine for us to have without but we just wanted to check with him. The way he reacted was really really rude. The rest of the crew are amazing, professional and the place is still very much recommended to stay for.

Le logement juste face à la mer était exceptionnel. Et le personnel est incroyable ! Vicky et son équipe font un travail formidable. Je leur souhaite le meilleur car ils le méritent. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter et y reviendrai avec grand plaisir si j'en ai l'occasion !

Après confirmation de la réservation vous recevrez un mail vous indiquant qu’en cas de règlement par carte, le montant sera majoré de 4%. Attention au check out. Seul les montants quotidiens sont présentés (compliqué après 3 jours de savoir à quoi ils correspondent) La responsable majore ensuite sans explications le total de 3% puis nous invite à payer via une application qui remajore le total de 4%. Nous le faisons remarquer à la responsable qui nous explique que la 2nde majoration est due a notre banque (nos coordonnées bancaires n’ayant pas été renseignées, l’argumentaire est bancal...) Après 30min d’échanges la responsable consent à ne pas appliquer sa majoration de 3%. Nous payons donc un montant majoré de 4% comme annoncé. Le plus désagréable fut la réaction de la responsable qui s’en alla, sans explications complémentaires ni excuses, tout en soupirant, nous donnant l’impression de l’avoir escroquer. Réaction assez peu professionnelle pour un établissement à 150€ la nuit.

Einer der schöneren Plätze in der Saracen Bay - und die Unterkunft bemüht sich auch den oft vom angeschwemmten Plastikmüll verdreckten Strand zu säubern. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut, das Personal sehr nett. Diese Bewertung lässt sich leider nicht auf die Eigentümerin ausweiten, die allenfalls semifreundlich ist. Die Unterkünfte selber sind nett ein- und hergerichtet, für das Preisniveau könnten sie aber (im Großen wie im Kleinen) ein bisschen mehr in Schuss gehalten werden.

Einrichtung der Unterkunft laut Angebot agoda inkl. gratis WLAN im Zimmer und Frühstück gratis gebucht. Ernüchternd die Realität: über den gesamten Buchungszeitraum kein WLAN und Frühstück laut Auskunft des Eigentümers nicht inklusive und wird mit "lediglich" 8 US Dollar/ Person & Tag berechnet. Die Frage nach der Verantwortung des Angebots ist zu klären, für den Gast entstehen zusätzliche Kosten und der Eindruck von Vorspielung falscher Tatsachen. Die Bungalows sind super gelegen, großzügig angelegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und entsprechen den Bildern. Die Toilette befindet sich getrennt vom Bungalow in einem separaten Häuschen. Trinkwasser gibt es in ausreichender Menge aus Flaschen. Duschen ist allerdings nur mit kaltem Wasser möglich.

Unici bungalow raffinati e pensati con criterio sulla spiaggia puliti, spaziosi, spartani ma non manca nulla per godersi degli ottimi momenti, unico "problema" si fa per dire, l'acqua dei sanitari era veramente particolare non saprei se stato un caso isolato o il loro impianto in generale. We had booked 4 nights, but enjoyed Bamboo Jam so much that we extended our stay with 4 extra nights. The bungalow has a wonderful view to the beach, is very clean and beautiful decorated, your delicious breakfast is served in front of your bungalow by the very friendly and helpful staff. For us it was paradise and we were sad that we had to leave.

A perfect place to relax. The smells and sounds of the sea create the best possible result for chilling. Unlike many other resorts in the area, the bungalows are right on the beach in the immediate embrace of the sea, just a few steps and you can swim from your own door. Relaxation is guaranteed. The staff and other local people in the area are nice and approachable.
