I have been to Da Nang a few times and have stayed in many hotels; this is the first time I chose this hotel. Overall, the hotel is relatively good for the price. The staff is friendly, enthusiastic, and quick to assist. For breakfast, there are quite a few basic dishes to meet needs. As for the accommodation, I find it just acceptable; the room is a bit stuffy and damp, and there was a musty smell when I checked in. I often drink coffee but didn’t see the hotel provide any free coffee packets for guests. Overall, the hotel is decent, and I will return if I have the chance!
My family stayed here for two nights and found that the soundproofing was poor, the chairs in the room were heavy and made a lot of noise when moved. Inside the room, we could clearly hear the noise from the neighboring room and the sound of chairs being moved from the room above. The breakfast was not very varied, but I really liked the rice cake here. The restaurant on the mezzanine is quite small, and the tables are placed close together, so on the two days my family had breakfast, we had to sit at a shared table with a large group, making it quite inconvenient to move around and get food. The pool is small but fairly clean. The hotel offers scooter rentals at 150k and motorbike rentals at 120k, and there is a parking garage, which is very convenient. The hotel is located with its back to the beach, so you have to go around to get to the beach. I booked a room here mainly because it was advertised as being close to the beach, so I was a bit disappointed upon arrival.
This place is truly worth it with its convenient location, cleanliness, and full amenities, making the vacation more comfortable than ever. The friendly and enthusiastic staff created a pleasant atmosphere, ready to assist with any guest needs. All of these factors made my experience here wonderful, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends!
I think The concept of hotel for sleep, rest, and quiet is lost here. The reception desk is so nice. It’s hard to leave an unfavorable review after reading the reviews and high marks that other travelers have experienced here, but I must say the truth. Management seemed willing to mitigate some of the lost items by offering compensation. And night staff were super helpful in removing the ant infested containers that overtook my closed & sealed pastry items that had never been opened . Counter top the first day.and wastebasket the next day. Very nice. (Please keep any drinks or food (even if never opened or sealed in the fridge) Housekeeping attempted to force their way into my room 2 days in a row by violently slamming the door into the latch to open it jarring me awake. They have no do not disturb signs and even after mentioning to multiple front desk staff that I’m having trouble sleeping here for all the noise in the morning and that I wanted To sleep, housekeeping continued to show up 8:30, 9am -10am forcing me to have only 3 hr increments of sleep. The walls are very thin. I could hear every movement in the rooms next to me. The poor couple next door realizing this after day two attempted to be intimate quietly and whisper, but I heard Every move and conversation clearly. No muffles. As if we were in the same room. They force you to be awake. The sliding wooden chairs across the tiled floors all hours of the night, arguing ladies in a room around me until 3 am 2 nights in a row were out of the staffs control, but they could have made a courtesy knock to stop the noise in the offending room. For all the disturbance of housekeeping, they didn’t clean. Only took out trash, replaced the used bath towel, flipped my pillow over (still had the same hair gel on it from the day before) and made the bed after leaving two fresh water bottles daily. The mirrors are still dirty. The sink has the same residue in it from me cleaning powder from a brush the first day I arrived. They didn’t wipe down any counter tops that I can tell as they same drink rings have been here for the entirety of the stay. Not understanding what the urgency is to get in the room since they aren’t actually cleaning just loudly disturbing. They won’t take no for an answer when you ask not to be disturbed and that you don’t need housekeeping. Even after being in the room all day and leaving after 1pm, they still came into the room I discovered to make the bed, pull my curtains back on the closet that I had closed to conceal my personal effects. And left it open. I’m so upset about this stay and not getting any rest with all this daily chaotic energy. If you are coming to rest or even sleep past 6am (as other guests are waking up and preparing for breakfast so the noise starts again) this is not the place. If the walls were sound proof and housekeeping had more training not to harass guests, it would have been a much gentler less upsetting stay. I haven’t slept in days. Also, the city came in at 8am to test the elevator fire system? The loud bells were ringing intermittently for over an hour. Just skip this stay. Pretty exterior and lobby,. There are plenty of other options. I’ve experienced 5 decent hotels here in Da Nang. This was the worst. Even as an write this review, housekeeping is yelling across the hall, laughing, having a good time on the cell phone, and playing loud music. Skip this stay.

Since it was a late-night arrival flight, I stayed just for the purpose of sleeping for one night, but it turned out to be a very satisfying stay for this price range. The hotel is located on a quiet street just off the main road along Mi Ke Beach, with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The entire building and the guest room were sufficiently clean considering the price range, and the sheets and water facilities were neatly arranged. The bed was designed like a raised platform, which was familiar and comfortable for Japanese guests, allowing for a restful sleep. The breakfast was simple yet tasty, providing a sense of satisfaction. The breakfast area was slightly crowded, to the point where it felt like there were more people than the number of guests, but the food itself was adequate. There was a small pool on the rooftop, but there were few users, creating a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. Even without swimming, it was a nice place to spend time on the surrounding deck. Overall, as a hotel chosen for just "sleeping," it is excellent. The balance of location, cleanliness, quietness, and price is very good, making it confidently recommended for those who prioritize cost performance.
