The hotel boasts excellent and friendly staff, an ideal location near Railay East pier, restaurants, shops, and the main bar/food street. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, complete with a stunning bathroom with good water pressure/temperature. The breakfast is satisfying, featuring various dishes, fresh fruit, and vegetables, all with a great view. Additionally, guests can enjoy the ocean and mountain views from the room.
Few mentions of limited vegetarian options and runny egg whites at breakfast, otherwise good.

Overall, I would rate this the most CLASSY & ELEGANT Resort that I stayed at during my 5 weeks in S. Thailand. It is currently rated as only a 4 star hotel/resort, but when the renovations here are complete I could see this resorts rating potentially being upgraded to 5 stars because it is very impressive compared to other resorts in S. Thailand. This facility is top-notch and probably the nicest rooms with the most amenities. They provided everything here from foaming bubble bath to body lotion; and even condition -- three things that we did not see at any other hotel/resorts in S. Thailand. Also, the huge bonus was the HUGE soaking tub that even fit someone 6ft tall without issue. The breakfast buffet here was also likely the best I experienced over the course of 5 weeks. The options were quality, the banana bread muffins were ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING, and they even offered alcoholic beverages and took coffee orders at the complimentary breakfast buffet, which was AWESOME! The staff was exception and the location in East Railay is very good because it is close the to East Railay floating pier, which simplified transporting luggage to/from the hotel and to the floating pier to take a speed boat. Plus, it is very close to many bar/restaurants/shops on East Railay. Plus, during breakfast there is a nice view of the East Railay bay. However, West Railay bay/beach is the much more beautiful picturesque location in Railay. Therefore, I do love Bhu Nga Thani Resort, however, if it was located on West Railay it was be AMAZZZZZZING! I would recommend staying here a few nights and staying at a hotel/resort on East Railay because it is amazing having breakfast/eating dinner right on East Railay's insanely beautiful beach. Likewise, I would recommend spending some time here at Bhu Nga Thani if you will be using the East Railay floating pier for a speed boat transfer. Close to both the beaches and the walking street dotted with cafes, bars and restaurants. The bath tub is like a mini pool in the room so it was fantastic! The pool bar and the food both breakfast and ala carte was delicious. Worth the price. We opted for airport trasnfers and it was most comfortable and hassle free.
Pros: The hotel locate near the east pier, convenient for the coming from the airport. Big and clean room, after renovation. Good breakfast. Cons: the elevator looks like cargo elevator. The bathroom is devided into 3 sections, separating the shower from the bath and the sink. Not very useful
We, 2 families with kids, stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. Good thing is the location of the hotel as you don't have to walk much since this is next to the pier. Check in was smooth and room provided was clean, spacious and has all the amenities. I wanted to have a shave and asked for a shaving kit and they said we don't have shaving kit. Hotel doesn't have any Indian food on menu and the in room menu is very limited. There are very few food options available for vegetarians. But there is a market nearby where we found an Indian restaurant and basicaly ate for all three days. We ordered pizza on 2 nd day in the evening at around 7 and they informed that the Pizza making chef has left. Then the big drama happened at the time of check out. I went to the reception for the check out and the lady asked someone to check the room. They informed me first that one glass in missing and I told them you can find that in the balcony. This was weird as hotels generally doesn't ask for such small items. Then they informed me that one slipper is missing from my room . Which hotel asks for a missing slipper?I told them that my kid threw it down from the balcony and your staff picked it. They checked with the staff and told me that they have found that one but there is another slipper missing from your room. I was really irritated as they made us look like a thief. Then I went to my room from reception and searched for the missing slipper in our room and our other room but could not find them. May be kids would have left them by the pool. Any ways I came back and ask them to charge me for same and they charged me whopping 200 TBH for the same. My wife was really furious but we carried on. Since we were getting late for our ride to the airport which infact we booked from the hotel only despite being 500 TBH costlier than outside. We had such a great week in Thailand but this single episode left a bad taste in our mouth. I still would say that the staff was courteous but the hospitality quotient was missing.

First time in Krabi area and didn't disappoint. Location was convenient to the mainland but be aware that you are not actually on the mainland (i realised after booking). Pool was refreshing, staff were nice, bed was very comfortable, shower pressure was good and breakfast was better than most included breakfasts. Close location to a lot of good restaurants and bars.
