Great place to stay”
Highly recommend this hotel, we stayed 5days and really enjoyed it. Great location, when you first arrive if you use Google maps it brings you right to the little alleyway that the hotel is in . Just look for the sigh above the alleyway entrance. Don't worry about the alleyway we didn't have any problems and the hotel is only 10m down it. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was airy and clean. Everything you needed and cleaning every day. We didn't go for breakfast so can't comment about that. Huge fridge and kitchen area only thing missing is any cooking facilities and utensils but we always carry our own anyway. Location was perfect, walking distance to most places or 2 dollars tuk tuk . This hotel made our visit to Phnom Penh much more enjoyable.

I made a reservation for 1 night at first and then I extended it for 3 nights. The room, the bed, the kitchenette, the big refrigerator, the buffet breakfast... absolutely perfect. Ridiculously, I had my smartphone stolen when I walked the street. I never imagined that what I had heard would happen to me. "Mr. Chea Sarith" arranged and explained to tuk tuk driver what is going on and what he need to do. The tuk tuk driver took me to go to police department, could finish my report of loss done. Then the driver took me back to the hotel safely. Mr. Chea Sarith, I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude again. And also "Mr. Romdenh Chomnong" was amazingly friendly, courteous, attentive and willing to help with anything. All the staffs in this hotel are being warm and I think it will remain in my memory for a long time. Thank you everyone !!! ☆☆☆ It's great value for your money, I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Excellent”
I love the vibes of this place. Entrance is in a back alley, next to a market. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with any accomodations that you'd want (fridge, appliances, AC, good wifi). I didn't find myself actually using the kitchen though, as Bassac Lane is just a couple of blocks away. It's also an easy walk to the palace, national museum, etc. Rooftop bar was being renovated, as I arrived at the tail end of COVID (hopefully), but it looks like it will be a treat when it reopens.

The best surprise of my trip”
Con: finding the place is a problem. It's not on a street but in an alley. This alley has no shown number and it is between two main streets. Quite challenging. All the rest was way beyond my expectations. Staff, language, size of apt., breakfast, lighting & outlets, windows, 2 baconies, cosyness of lobby, zen athmosphere, etc. Everything was INCREDIBLE FOR THAT PRICE!

The hotel is good clean, the room is big, spacious it's like a bachelor condo style. The breakfast is good. The location is near in Royal palace, Aeon mall & to the river (if you will have a sunset cruise)... The staff are friendly & helpful.

Great hotel”
Stayed 2 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Staff were super helpful and room extremely comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good too. The location is busy but the hotel is quietly tucked away and all attractions were easily accessible. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent value for a “boutique” like hotel”
Central location tucked away down an alley so it’s quiet. The suites are superb with a separate kitchen/ lounge are. Extremely clean and well equipped, pleasant staff.

The hotel is in the center of the city，no more than 1km from the Royal Palace. The breakfast there is simple but tasty. The room has a small refrigerator. Also the staff is warm and helpful. One of them helped me book the bus ticket to sinhanukville.

Clean, comfortable, convenient”
The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, and our room surprised us with two balconies. Breakfast was good, a nice combination of buffet and cooked-to-order. The location is pretty good, close to a lot of food options and the Royal Palace, but a little far from the markets, museums, and Wat Phnom; however, it is very easy (and enjoyable!) to grab a tuk tuk to any of these places for just a couple dollars. I would definitely recommend this place!

Charming and a friendly place....”
Can't actually site anything negative about this place... Comfortable, clean, impeccable and friendly service and proximity to the key sights and the river front makes it a nice place to stay. The breakfast buffet spread was quiet sumptuous.. altogether a perfect place for a touristy town. The hotel is located inside a narrow alleyway. Look for the signboard once u reach the place via Google maps.

Hidden gem, wonderful”
A hidden gem in PP. Found this hotel due to low season. Great little hotel. The staff is excellent, they were easy to communicate with and very friendly. I had a very good stay there. The room was clean and the bed comfortable! The wifi was stable and that'a plus! I would definitely stay here again.

Luxury at a Reasonable Price”
Overall, our stay at Molyan hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable. We stayed at the family room in the 9th floor and it was big for its price. There were 2 rooms- 1 for single person and the next room was for 2 people. But in terms for its cleanliness, I think the cleaner just sweeps the floor since we can see dust under the bed and in some areas but it's okay since it;s not that bad. For the staff-- we would like to commend Romdenh Chomnong, the concierge supervisor, who was very friendly and accommodating and he even booked tuk tuk for us when we went to killing fields and to the giant ibis bus terminal. He practically made our visit 2x easier and hassle free! Always answering our questions and inquiries with a smile. Definitely will stay here again if we visit Phnom Penh again!

Good place!”
This is a nice hotel, cozy and clean. There are many food places and cafes around the hotel. Stuff is friendly! Two things were disappointing. Firstly, there is building construction near the hotel (April 2022), therefore it was noisy from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day, even on weekends. Secondly, the safe in my room was closed and I couldn't use it. I asked to fix and open it so I can use the safe. They said "yes, yes" and did nothing! I asked this four times, I was staying there for 9 nights, but they never solved the problem! I had to leave my laptop at the reception, that was an inconvenience. Also, I had no safe place to keep my cash.

A good budget place for one night’s stay.”
Molyan is a good choice for a one night stay. It’s close to the Independence Monument, so every tuk tuk driver will know where to go. The hotel is located in a small alley, which got pretty dark at night, but inside the building everything was clean and new. The staff waited till 11:30pm to check us in. There was free water provided in the room. The room was spacious. The bathroom has the basic amenities. Overall it was a good place, cheap even for a double room for two. Room included a mini-balcony overlooking rooftops. It was a quiet neighborhood. I am not sure if I would book a longer stay here but definitely no complaints for a short one!
