A very clean and comfortable hotel with an amazing breakfast. The staff are incredibly hospitable and kind, but most do not speak English (best to rehearse a few sentences in Spanish if your not fluent). Only thing missing in this hotel is a pool, then it would easily be a 5 star.

The only regret I had was Im not staying the whole time during my visit in Guadalajara. Stay here for the last night, found out that this hotel is absolutely the best value for money. Very economical, nicely located in centro historico, and everything is free! Wifi, Minibar etc. Will stay here again next time

Highly recommend the private room with private bathroom. The private rooms are located in a separate building with it's own entrance, shared kitchen and patio right in the heart of el centro. Great deal.

Many good basics; however, some problems arose such as toilet not flushing property, weak wi-fi, restaurant closed on Sunday afternoon evening. Good sized room. Great chairs! No other restaurants for other shops open nearby. Quiet. Pool was not very warm.

The problem I had was with you Agoda, your confirmation of my reservation had a terrible mistake, When I arrived at the hotel, it said that my reservation was made one day before, so they didn't want to respect the one I did with you. Supposedly I should arrived one day before.

I was very upset at the moment I was told that I had to pay 829 pesos instead of the 697 pesos I was told I had to pay on the app of agoda. I had no where to send an email to about this problem. Also the internet service was really bad. The bathroom had and awful smell that wouldn't go away. They didn't even have the continental breakfast they had announced there!!

Hotel has a good appearance on line and for the price, I thought, that’s a good deal. Once there, my first experience was very negative. The front desk staff was unfriendly and plain out rude. Had to change rooms due to unsafe issues with entry door. Over all stay at this hotel was below average. Probably won’t stay here again.

mostly quiet stay with an unobtrusive staff who spoke english. there is only one restaurant that services the hotel and while the food was inexpensive, there was little variety. it was a generally good hotel for the price paid.

Our stay was nice but it was very noisy due to street traffic on Vallarta St., a major thoroughfare in Guadalajara. Even eleven stories up it sounded like a window was open. We enjoyed our stay and will book again when we return to Zapopan/Guadalajara. Beds were good, good WiFi connectivity, shower was very good, room was clean, fully-equipped kitchen, very helpful staff.

Location is too close to busy streets and freeway

staff was super friendly. location was a little iffy at night as it borders a kinda sorta rough neighborhood but easy walking distance to centro downtown area. thanks for the great stay!

From check in to the way the villa is laid out is really great. We arrived late and got wine presented and the breakfast was great too. Sad we couldnt stay at this place longer
