"Wonderful temporary home in Hanoi. I often work in Hanoi and this is my new favorite place to stay while there. The staff totally make the place, as do the generous services - in-room breakfast, daily clothes laundry, Zalo-connected front desk you can reach 24/24. Location is only ok, if a little noisy. Plenty of food options nearby, and a Vinmart across the street. Two small downsides: it’s difficult for Grab / taxi drivers to find, because the address isn’t located properly on Google Maps. Secondly, even though it’s a non-smoking hotel, the first room I was given smelled of cigarettes. They changed it immediately, but then I was on a lower floor"

"luxeden hotel was a great hotel. it is a modern business hotel that will cater to all business travellers. the rooms were new, clean and the toilet is sanitized everyday. although the rooms were not spacious, it was clean and comfortable. the location is a bit far from city centre but with its central location in the cau giay district, hailing a cab was no problem. i will definitely be back.
