We stayed in a great 1 bedroom apartment here. Great pools and fitness room. Loved having a kitchen and the café downstairs is great (@ tourist prices unfortunately). The building is not far from Central Market and Wat Phnom. Also easy access to the main road to the airport.
Of the front desk and room maid corresponding great. The living room is also the kitchen, I was able to spend also widely comfortable bedroom and bathroom. In addition, the pool of the hotel are also in good condition, swim during their stay on a daily basis, we were able to enjoy reading by the pool.
Spacious room and clean. Highly recommended.

i try calling the reception but the line was cut due to some problem with the phone and i try 3 times and next the hotel staff syrup up at my room as ask if anything that i needed. i would say this is very detailed of the hotel to do this.
Got a free upgrade from the hotel! Clean and spacious room. Cafe serves excellent fusion food as well.
It was a great time to stay at this hotel as the facility is great overall.
Feels more like an apartment than a hotel. Everything is new, but the bedding is really poor. Low quality matress and oversized hard pillows (i had to buy my own pillow before the second night to be able to sleep properly). Bedding quality seems to be an issue almost everywhere in Phnom Penh, and it's not specific to this hotel.
Would highly recommend this hotel especially for an extended stay Close to Central market Riverside yet very quiet away from the real busy and noise areas
I can only said "Perfect"
First time I have stYed here and will be my regular home away from home when traveling on business. Everything was excellent and good not have wished for a more enjoyable stay. Remember to pack swimming costume, two very good pools.

everything was great except the plumbing problem the last day
We found it to be centrally located next to Vatanac bldg (penguin like structure), walking distance to the Central market and even to the Riverside areas. Tuktuk on standby at all times. Nice clean ambience, nice pool ( there are 2 and another jacuzzi at roof top), wide selection of TV shows, local, asian and western. We took an apartment w 2 rooms for our kids w cooking facilities. They enjoyed the stay. It was pricey but well worth it. We would come back if we ever come this way again and would recommend to friends.
lousy staffs
The stay was very nice, especially with friendly staff. I was having some problems with the TV in the living room. The technician came with 5mins and change a new TV for us. The whole process only took around 20mins. The rooms are very comfortable. The only problem I encounter is that the room aircon is not cold enough for me.

The hotel was welcoming & peaceful after a very busy day. Food was excellent & staff very welcoming & helpful. A place to return to on my next visit.

I've stayed here many times before. It's great if you have family as there's a kitchenette. If you are solo traveler it might be better to stay at a boutique hotel that is better known and a bit more conveniently located. This was my fourth time here. This is the first time that I can say that I was disappointed in my stay. I asked for a 3pm check out- upon hearing the front desk saying that the room was actually vacant she had asked me for $20 extra to extend. The manager then came down later to say that they were fully occupied and didn't have a room. If they didn't have a room why would giving them $20 extra would I be able to have the late check out. It's such a disappointment- I checked out and probably won't be staying there again.

Hotel was very clean - 2 nice clean swimming pools. Internet not great. Restaurant not variety of food to choose from. Hotel new and modern. Staff very attention and friendly to help. Overall good but not very special.
The 2 bedroom apartment was good for a group of 4. The living room and kitchen area were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen utensils are all brand new. Unfortunately in the apartment there was only one dustbin in the ensuite bathroom and no where else

Comfortable and peaceful. Some comments ( for improvements ): (1) Rooms shld have complementary instant coffee/tea/sugar/milk for guests. Minibars should also be available in roomsThis is because the coffee house closes early at 10pm and nearby shops close early too. (2) Coffee house should be open until 12 midnite perhaps. Room service should also be availabe for convenience of guests. (3) Lady receptionist on duty on morning of 11th Nov was quite rude.
“Room upkeeping”
Black out curtain have holes that allow light to come in which means not blackout?? Found a small cockroach in the toilet sink..must be thirsty.
