    “Chestnut cottage”

    Things I like
    Lovely clean , nicely decorated cottage in grounds of a beautiful house. Good facilities within the cottage , kitchen , shower , bedroom , sofa , patio furniture , bbq , cooking implements , etc. Very quiet and comfortable . Pool and hot tub . Secure parking . Security gate access .
    Things I don’t like
    Pool cleaning equipment left in pool , okay gor us but risky if kids had been around. Hot tub left us both coming out feeling like we had a coating of grease on our chests , was hard to get off when showering . Put us off using it again . Maybe it just needed more chemicals .

    “Lovely location and gardens, very quiet and peaceful.”

    Things I like
    Location was good. Key pick up easy and straightforward. Room was comfortable and outside seating was lovely. Access to a pool and hot a bonus,(although we didn’t use them). Electric gates for security was nice. Host was lovely when we had to contact her.
    Things I don’t like
    A high step into the shower made it risky for my husband to use as no grab rail fitted. Sofa a little low made it impossible for my husband to use it. Had to use washing machine there but think it needs looking at as banging a lot.
