Hotels room although old but big,clean and smells good. Staff are accommodating. They gave us info where to go for the beautiful spots in Iloilo. my cousins left their bags for later check-in since they arrived around 10am. When they comeback in the night,it is inside their room. Thanks staff! Food- it sounds expensive but when the order arrived, it's huge! Good for 3-4 persons(pansit canton) Pool- disgusting...my sons swam together with the rat. We dnt knw where it came from because when my son's started to swim, the area was clean. It was even checked by the staff before they allowed them to swim. We informed the staff, she was sorry of what happened. Anyway, it's not her fault. Money wise- it's not expensive. It's very accessible(walking distance) to Robinson Mall and supermarket (you cam buy pasalubong like piyaya, dried fish for a low price. Still on progress construction.

Wasnt expecting much, as this was just a quick resting place before we went on our next stop. The place was nice, staff was welcoming , and we enjoyed the food from their restaurant. It even had a pool, which is a plus since we were travelling with a kid. The room had a bit of air conditioning issue, but it was not a big deal. It was roomy enough for our group. Restroom is basic, but for the price, this was a surprisingly nice stay. Thumbs up

Budget friendly hotel for groups. Location is good because jeepneys pass-by in front of it. Rooms are clean but there are some molds in bathroom and the curtains are little bit dusty. What we really enjoyed staying here is the pool. Good place to stay indeed.

The location was accessible to market, malls, and jeepney transportation, which connects to all tourist spots of iloilo. The room was comfortable and spacious. The only problem was the hot shower (which might be only on my room) but the staff easily resolved the problem. The signal of tv was not that strong but no problem since I’m not there for the tv. Luckily they have swimming pool where you can relax after circling around the province. The staff are accommodating and friendly. They immediately attend to my request and query. Recommended for travelers who wants to explore north to south of iloilo.

Best Price but Not Satisfied”

This is an honest review, based on my experience staying at OYO 258 Chito's Hotel. I hope this will help them improve Rm2. I booked the room and for other requests I ask for early check-in since I left my place at 2am to catch an early trip of Roro. When I arrived, at first the guard was asleep, and there's no one at the front desk so I decided to go out and eat breakfast. When I returned, the receptionist is there, showed them my booking but was told that early check-in costs P100/hr. That was around past 8am, so I said I will just wait at the lobby until check-in. Eventually, after less than an hour they allowed me to check-in. The room is okay, spacious and a quiet AC. The window is facing the garden, which makes it more relaxing. The bed is big, however though that's quite far from what I saw when I booked here in Agoda. Anyway, all I need that morning is a good sleep. When I hit the bed, there seems a strong smell on the pillow as well as on the blanket, but since I was tired and sleepy, I fell asleep. Usually, after check-in I always check the bathroom. When I got up to pee and brush my teeth, I was surprised to see sa faucet that looks like never been cleaned for a loooong time. So I decided to used my drinking water instead for safety. The was leaking, so I used the small trash him to catch the leaking water. The shower is also the same never been cleaned as well as the handle to turn the water on, and funny because the water like every 3 minutes goes off, back again and off again until I finished.
