Very comfortable stay”
I would highly recommend this hotel for several reasons. I called to check with the hotel if we can just leave our luggage around 9am because the check-in is still at 2PM and we want to leave the hotel where we are staying before we head on with our tour. Joven (the receptionist) was so nice and told us that if there’s available room he will let us check-in early. We arrived at 9:30am and he let us checked in early. He was very pleasant and accommodating. The moment we entered the room, you can feel the hotel vibe. It was clean, smells good and I immediately take video so show the neat and nice set-up. The bed is comfy, the bed sheets smells good. The curtain gives enough light. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is really nice. The guards are very accommodating as well and there's a lot of restaurant and other shops within the vicinity. Our entire stay is very comfortable!

I booked a room with bathtub and a smoking room but when i arrived they said they dont have any room with bathtub as well as a smoking room . Otherwise there nothing special on the hotel but the location is excellent

Amigo Terrace Hotel before was one of the great hotels in iloilo, now under Ascott, it got way better! Great Room interior but breakfast experience and selection is the only thing that was not that great. They need to revamp and improve their breakfast.

We’ve already talked to the staff re this. Breakfast is disappointing but could be improved. Add some veggies, soup and other options in pastries. Variation in cuisine will also help. Staffs are great, room is also great.

All are very good except for the pool, it is slightly dirty. Nice location also since it is in Iloilo City proper, close to all the malls and shops.

Nice clean comfy upscale hotel ”
I like Citadine brand anywhere I travel. Overall they are 5 stars. I have stayed at their Cebu, Makati, Manila Bay and Ilo Ilo locations. Ilo Ilo is a bit behind other locations but still 4plus stars. 😃 I highly recommend Citadine if you are not sure where to stay.
