Hi, just celebrated my GF's 27th birthday at Citadines Ortigas Hotel yesterday,(Oct 11,2022) We booked the 3-bedroom deluxe unit. (Room 2009) First, the hotel room was great. It's spacious and very elegant. We didn't expect it to be that way that's why we were surprised upon entering the room. All of us enjoyed our very comfortable beds and amenities provided by the hotel. The pool is huge and the gym is at par with other modern gyms that I've been to. Then the staffs; I would like to commend all the staffs from the guards who assisted us kindly upon entering the hotel parking up to the janitors and bell boys on the 20th floor. Plus, a special mention to Ms. Fletch at the reception lobby for being too courteous and kind. She allowed us to have a late check-out at 2pm and her smile brings joy to us guests. I hope all your employees are like her, cause she is very easy to talk to and very attentive at your guest's needs. We really enjoyed the place and will definitely come back soon! Last time that i felt like a king was when we went to Balesin last June, then again this time with Citadines Ortigas Hotel. Thank you Citadines Ortigas Hotel.

Staffs were very accommodating. They granted my request for high floor facing ortigas ave for the best window view and late checkout since we also checked in very late. The staff also allowed us to temporarily leave our things after checkout since we have to go shopping first before we go home. For the room, it was really nice. I availed the studio room and it was complete. All you need for a staycation is provided. The buffet breakfast was just ok, few choices but delicious. The amenities were great as well. If you're planning to stay in Ortigas, choose Citadines!

Was here for the PasigLaban that was just a couple of blocks away at Emerald St. Definitely a good location. There’s even a Korean mart and resto right outside their Sapphire Rd exit which was awesome. Clean room. My room’s curtains were a bit worn out with holes though but it wasn’t much of an issue. Actually overslept because the bed was so comfy and I was really tired. Woke up close to check out time, thankfully they gave me some extra time to pack up leisurely. Maybe next time I’ll be able to do an actual staycation.

We booked 2 family rooms and a double deluxe room for 2 nights. And another Superior room for our honeymoon suite. We had our wedding prep here and the staffs of the hotel were very accommodating to all our needs and to our guests as well. The rooms are very spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel had a Wine Prepared for us in our honeymoon suite. ❤ Thank you so much.. Will definitely recommend this hotel for couples looking for wedding prep venue.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Inclusive of Breakfast. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre Comfy and close to everything Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues.Thank you for the great services and facilities provided. We are very satisfied. Highly recommended for couple and travellers.

I checked in last November 26-28,2022 for my oral exam. I booked for a solo room, when I arrived and they found it that I'll have my oral exam, they decided to upgrade my room to a 1 bed room , which is so quiet and so cozy. I liked it so much! We stayed here overnight for PasigLaban. The room is very clean and has tons of natural light. We appreciate that we were allowed to check-in at 11am. Amenities are complete including basic kitchen utensils. There's ~plenty~ of closet space too, so it's very convenient for people staying longer. A couple of malls and convenience stores are within walking distance if you want to eat out or stock up on supplies. Overall, the room was our haven after an immensely tiring day.

Citadines is a great place whether for short or long term stay. Food is great. Not difficult to find and not too crowded. The place is very clean and most of all it’s a pet friendly hotel. Citadines show their care by providing food and toy for your furbaby, if you are a furparent you will be touched. Would definitely go back.

This has been our go to hotel ever since it opened. So much so that my check in was so quick because I already have details with them. Even if its a multipurpose hotel (quarantine &staycation) i felt very very safe during our stay. The things included in the room got reduced but they are available upon request. Breakfast and parking included. Very happy with the experience and want to comeback as soon as I can.

We were surprised how spacious the room is, we were with our 2 small kids and still had enough room for them to run around.We stayed in 2 rooms with my brother and older child in the other room and they were very comfortable and said had a good rest after the hustle and bustle of the city.Such a shame we just stayed for 1night on our 3nights stay in the city.We will definitely be back!

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Check in and check out was smooth and fast. Service of staff is superb. Location is just a block away from a mall so you can eat and buy anything you need. They provide buffet breakfast but i guess they should improve the menu choices. Overall, i would recommend this to anyone looking for a staycation or any business trip.

Super love the hotel, 2BR with kitchen, dining, living room. Perfect for our family. Staff are very helpful, and friendly, super clean our room. Location wise is best for us, since we have the conference around the area. Malls are nearby, convenience store, restaurants are just steps away. Btw there is the korean resto behind the hotel, super yummy and legit, love it. As for the facilitation we dont use any, since we go early and came back late from our conference. For sure we will go back again and choose this hotel again and again. Thank you
