"The Fiesta has great local location with very nice facilities . Good value .Very nice staff . The hotel needs a revamp in places . Bath plugs do not work .....coffee makers not good . The biggest problem at the hotel is the noise from the bars opposite side of road . It goes on from sunset to 7am ! FULL VOLUME ! The local municipality obviously has no rules about noise ! Rooms nearer the road are affected . Unless you are deaf , it is hell. We complained and were moved . Full marks to hotel , but you cannot move every guest !!!!! According to a staff member they are CONSIDERING putting in double glazing . Great idea....... but until then book in WITH CAUTION . Ask for room in front of hotel or take sleeping tablets with you ! "The first item that I noticed was the huge size of the property with hundreds of rooms. Palacio Mundo Imperial is much more than a hotel - it is in fact a hospitality and entertainment hub with at least 6 restaurants, shops and services, activities including a beach club (the hotel itself is not on the beach) and golf, and venues for events like shows and weddings. I enjoyed the large swimming pools very much. The room offered all the amenities and comforts that one would expect in a hotel of top category. The bed and pillows were particularly comfortable. I appreciated the safety-seposit box and complimentary bottled water, and I very much enjoyed the outdoor balcony. Dining was always a tasty experience unto itself, and all staff members were courteous and professional. The great service attitude was very necessary as lines formed from time to time due to the large number of guests. All the same, I enjoyed my stay here very much and liked the close proximity to the airport."

"For budget hotels, this one is quite good. By car, it is 5 minutes from the airport (some 25 minutes on foot) and 10 minutes from the beach (some 40 minutes on foot). Public transportation to the air field is available with frequent rides. To go to the city, having a car or using taxis would be the right choices due to the distance. There is a shopping-and-dining village across the street. The hotel offers parking as well as a nice swimming pool with sun-deck. The 2 elevators are fast. Standard rooms are compact but well designed. You might need to be creative with storage if you have a lot of clothes, though. Just the same, I was very favorably impressed by the large flat-screen TV with local and international programming as well as the comfortable bed and great pillows. Windows have orientation toward sun-rises, which can be quite spectacular. The shower is truly well built and works to perfection. The hotel serves an outstanding (and very tasty) Mexican breakfast that was better this time than on my previous stay a couple years ago. Staff members are efficient and courteous, and there is also a snack shop at the reception. I enjoyed my visit beyond expectations and will surely consider this hotel again for future trips to Acapulco. Thank you very much!"
