"I booked this hotel for my first night in Cancun as I was arriving late There was limited availability of hotels at this time also. Firstly, because it was between christmas and new year, and secondly because I had left it quite late to book. The Hotel was clean, but pretty basic. It seemed to cater for mostly Mexican travellers. The staff were lovely and willing to help where they could. The location is fine, but really if in Cancun you would want to be staying in the Hotel Zone along the beach - not downtown where this hotel is. The Hotel is fine if your in Cancun for a stopover etc, but I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay in Cancun. "

"1. Honestly, the location is good. You can take bus there to Cancun center. And Xcaret spot is near. 2. Traveled 6 countries, stayed several hotels, some even only with bed stay. But this is the worst one I've ever been. 3.Small,one bed is full for the room,no place to stand, can't put one more luggage. 4.Facilities,no hair dryer for a hotel??No towels/shower gel/shampoo.(I thought there's no such things for this hotel and understood. But it shows at the last day when we leave). 5.Water supply cutoff at the morning. When I down stairs to the public restroom do some morning washs,sh--ts (saw disgusting things) Terrible "
