"If you need a lot of English speaking support; this is not your hotel. However, if you like being surrounded by beautiful, loving Mexican families, then this is the place for you. Very nice and kind staff have very limited English speaking ability. That said - the rest of this is all good. My King room (#631) was on the top floor per my request. The 112 steps up was an exercise routine I sought. The view from the big balcony was wonderful - overlooking the 3 great swimming pools. From the other direction the view was of the beautiful small-boat Marina & of the Bay. This location was the best thing about the Hotel …………… walking around the Marina, restaurants, and shops made this a VERY walkable location. The small beach was also vey nice to kick back, jump in the water and have a Cervesa. I was here 24 years ago …………. and it is a much nicer area now. I am experienced 67 year old solo budget traveler. My room was big, clean and Extremely quiet at nite - I woke up to birds."
