"I was so lucky to have found Little Charm Hanoi Hostel. I almost booked a different hostel, until I stumbled upon this on Agoda! It's one of the best hostels I've stayed at in my 7 months of continuous traveling. The first hostel where beds are made for you daily and towels can be changed daily if you wish. Lots of toilets and shower rooms on every floor so you won't have to queue. Everyone in the staff was GENUINELY NICE. Zoe on the front desk was always helpful and Antonio the Spanish-speaking vietnamese staff. Guy who checked me in was so nice as well, but I didn't get his name. Breakfast was amaaaazing. I did not expect it to be so good. You are given lots of options on a menu card, but on top of that, there's even a buffet spread for fruits, vegetables and drinks (juices, vietnamese coffee, tea, water). Not only that, the hostel even has a pool with jets! The common area is also nice. You get a quiet work area on the second floor, or you can hang out at the restaurant as all their seats are comfy and all areas are work-conducive. So handy when you're working while traveling like me. It was so good, we extended 2 more nights (direct at the hostel) and we booked again for when we come back to Hanoi. Also, the hostel holds your luggages for you (in a storage room with bag tags) if you want to check out and go to Sapa/Halong Bay for a couple of days. Really can't ask for more! If you don't stay here when you're in Hanoi, you'd be missing out on a lot! Hanoi is chaotic but this hostel is your little oasis in the middle of all that! The best!"

"Everything is excellent here. Grand Cititel Hanoi Hotel is located within Old Quarter area, convenience store (Circle K) is just at corner of the street & about 10-15 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Hotel staffs are all friendly & helpful especially the female receptionist who checked me in. Appreciate for the complimentary cocktails they offered to celebrate anniversary with my boyfriend. My room is situated at level 8 (considered high floor in this hotel), not very nice view but very clean, provided with every amenities I need & the bed is really comfortable to rest on. International buffet served for complimentary breakfast, including of salad, fruit, sweet yogurt, bun, ham, cheese, porridge with condiments, rice with dishes, egg station & pho noodle station. Only 3 star for their facilities due to there’s no swimming pool, gym & spa in the hotel. The only unpleasant part is housekeeping attendant ring my door early at 8am on the 4th day just to ask if I need laundry service. "

"I booked the hotel through here, they sent me an auto email that they would call me to confirm the coming time. I was waiting till the day before I had traveled to Hanoi but they hadn’t called. I couldn’t call for them with the public phone number so I sent them an email requesting them to call but they didn’t do. And on the day check in, during the time I was on plane, they sent an email that they couldn’t call me so they canceled the booking. Luckily that there’ was still available room so I could re-book after I got out the plane. Please be more professional on this part and announce customers more clearly and DON’T AUTO CANCEL BOOKING OF CUSTOMERS. "
