"The hotel is great/ beautiful and well maintained, with a great location. Food is OK, staff is friendly. Very isolated though. Now if you know Mexico, you know that you can get a much better deal, in a much better level resort in other areas. They really take advantage of the isolated location and charge you US rates. My advice: If you come to Loreto for the whales and the national marine park: stay in town. If you look for a resort vacation: look for MUCH better deals in Vallarta, Cancun, Riviera Maya or any other areas in México."
