"I had booked an Executive room for a one night layover in Mumbai. I called them before I set off to arrange an airport pick up. When I got outside the airport no sign of them. I think from previous reviews that they wait for the call and then organise it, but it was a bit disconcerting at the time. However, a driver turned up with one of the Hotel staff who could not have been more helpful. We travelled the couple of miles or so to the hotel. It's an oasis. Extremely plush compared with its surroundings, which are NOT upmarket, but the hotel itself was fine. More friendly staff on the desk. There was nothing at all wrong with the room. It was slightly faded glory, but was clean, the bed was very comfortable, everything worked, the shower was powerful, there was an impressive range of freebies in the bathroom. I ate there as local options are very limited. Again, the service was excellent as was the food. I did not have breakfast as it was an early start the following morning. Experienced what felt like the same last minute arrangement of a driver, but it all worked well enough."

"Excellent location very close to airport which means you are in the middle of Mumbai. Excellent restaurant on site with very attentive staff. They have this big king size room which sleeps 4 adults, a huge rarity in Mumbai hotels. The furnishings are tastefully exquisite, and our view of a highway and a train was great especially at night. To top it all the price was perfect. Also they picked us up and dropped off very reliably from the airport, and the same driver showed us all of Mumbai in less than a day- we were there just one night and fell in love with Mumbai - much cleaner than Delhi, traffic in lanes, beautiful weather they say us all year, people are so much less aggressive and are disciplined and quiet, very little honking, the city is easy on the eyes, and I am envious of the cultural event opportunities Mumbai residents must have. We will surely return and will stay right here again!"

"Located on Juhu facing the sea, the Sea Princess hotel remains true to its name. With extremely caring staff members making sure at every moment that your stay is comfortable, the hotel deserves to be recommended for every solo (mainly) traveler or any couple, who would like to enjoy some intimate moments together. The beach/pool side cafe is an added attraction, wherein you can relax, sit back and enjoy the sea whilst sipping into your favorite cocktail/mocktail. Coming to the rooms, the cleanliness was spot on, with an overtly comfortable bed facing the sea. The amenities provided in the room were at par with any international standards. My only point of criticism will always remain for the restaurant menu. The hotel has just a single restaurant serving extremely delicious multi-cuisine dishes, however my choices in selecting a dish was limited. Being in India, more importantly, Mumbai, a hub for foodies, I expected a lot better option when it came to the food, but was disappointed. "

"This hostel is very new and the whole staff is trying to make the best out of your stay. The manager is a very nice man who you can have good conversations with and the hostel dog is just adorable. The common facilities are very nice and you can even wash your clothes in their washing machine for 100 Rs. The only thing I would improve is to include the breakfast in the price, but that is about it. If I ever come back to Mumbai I would stay here again."
