"The place is really clean i saw cleaners cleaning all the common area and they change bedsheets and clean room as per request. The location is very strategic as its near JR shinimamiya and subway shinimamiya and Dobutsuen mae subway station. Nearby 24 hrs grocery store ,family mart, daiso, don quijote and Tsutenkaku tower and osaka zoo. Staff is very friendly. i have stayed in many guesthouse in this area and i would say this is the best. For those saying the place is dangerous that is not true!!!! There might be some homeless people here but they are very old people which are not even capable of doing any harm to you. This is japan hahaha (not a 3rd world country) so it is safe everywhere i even walk late night here and its very safe in general in all parts of japan. Newly renovated lobby and small restaurant and takoyaki and ice cream shop has recently opened within the building. This place is best for budget and solo traveler. P.S. be aware there are some inconsiderate guests that will bang there room door even during sleeping hours (Koreans and Chinese are the most inconsiderate guests."

"I was in Osaka for 4 nights but had to split my stays because the price for this hotel spiked ridiculously high for Sat night. So I had spent Friday, Sunday and Monday here while I moved to a nearby hotel for Sat. The first night was great, I had expected the size of the room but was pleasantly surprised by the amenities and facilities in this hotel - onsen upstairs, rooftop bar etc. The hotel is also very safe as beyond 11pm you need to tap your key card to enter the hotel, till 5am. My Sat and Sun nights were amazing as my room was much larger than my room on Fri, but I paid less. And it was really comfortable. The only downside was the housekeeping missed some stuff from the previous occupant, so when I checked in there were 2 towels, a comb and some hair in the toilet. Otherwise, this place is great and I wouldn't mind going back if I'm in Osaka again."

"For a solo traveler with limited budget, this hotel is a nice stay. The room is small, which is quite common for hotels in Japan but the best thing is this hotel's strategic venue. It is just minutes away from the Osaka Station, the Dotonbori market and few subway stops from all other interesting places in Osaka. Another best thing is the hotel's Vietnamese restaurant on the 30th floor. It will give you the opportunity to dine up in the sky and you can observe the city's skyline. The only bad thing is that being Japanese they are really strict with time. There is no way you can do an early check in. But at least they will allow you to place your luggage at the lobby. Overall, nice affordable place to stay in Osaka."
