Staff was very friendly and efficient. Any requests (like issues with Internet or requests for water) were serviced quickly. in the middle of a sleazy area. Very loud at night . TV in Spanish. clean enough, no fridge. no secondary door lock. Parking area guarded at night, so restricting night "action" from really coming into the parking area between the rooms. But not really dangerous. Recommend having ear plugs for ? music ? blaring!

Very inconvenient. cannot even call taxi. In hot weather walking to nearest points are over 30 min. Suitable for people who has own transportation only. Stagg barely speak any English, though try very hard to help.

Everything was great, the staff, the room, pool/hot tub how close it is to the beach and vendors. The only real con for us the fact that there's no shower curtain... That was odd, and so very messy! We felt so bad after taking a shower because the whole bathroom became a splash pad!!
