"A life lesson learned this weekend. Disappointed to say the least! I booked this accommodation via Agoda, and expected it to be part of a vacation home park with reception desk and service. When I got here we soon learned this was a private home being sub-let. There was nobody who could help us get in to the premises and the phone number did not work. When we called Agoda helpdesk I was put on hold for almost 30 minutes and could not get through after several attempts...! So here we were after driving for hours with nowhere else to go, luckily we managed to get in through the back. (note: the accommodation has been paid for). Unfortunately we could not lock the house, nor access any cleaning facilities. Never again! "
