"Apart from the location of the hotel, which is quite far from any amenities, the rest were great! The staff were superb, they were responsive, intuitive, and just simply perfect. The food was great too, especially the desserts. On top of that, everything in the hotel is new and well-maintained, including the very nice gym and pool. The hotel exudes luxury in all aspects. I give a thumbs up to the hotel. The sales manager, Clara, also helped us organize the meeting and ceremony perfectly. I can’t find anything to fault this hotel on, except for the location, which in my opinion cannot be helped. You choose where you stay. I gave a 5 stars for location because I just didn’t want the rating of the hotel to drop by one bit. Cheers."

"First time stay in Putuo District in Shanghai and I decided to book a service apartment convenient for a family of 3 (parents & toddler). Experience: * 07/14 (Saturday) morning arrival: - Mgmt provided the first available cleaned & ready room (master bedroom w/ bathroom inside 2FL). - Informed that there was 2 different room configurations (1 is master bedroom,; 1 is bathroom on 1FL). - I telephoned the front desk to request for the other room configuration when available after daily guest checkout. The front desk agreed and advised my family to rest up inside the current room. - Late afternoon: Management called and informed that the new room was avail & will send a bell-hop to help move our luggage into the new room. - After indicating a concern with a bell-hop pressuring us for a tip, mgmt met with us to apologize and indicated this was not a company protocol. Tip was returned and provided a meal vouchers. * I decided to book 2 more evenings here. * TRUST - Modena (LINDA)"

"I have stayed in other hotels in Shanghai previously but this hotel I would say is the best so far in terms of location, cleanliness, helpful staff, good food served at the restaurant and also strong WiFi signal in room. This hotel so near to the Bund just 8-10 minutes walk and many shopping outlets also within walking distance with the famous Nanjing Street just a stone throw away. I will definitely stay at this hotel from now onwards. For anyone still searching for a hotel in Shanghai, I recommend this hotel without reservation. "

"We arrived really late but the hostel had 24h service so that was no problem, the staff gave us really nice information and great tips about where to go in Shanghai and what to look out for. The hostel also had a lot of different transportation information (both inside Shanghai and far out of Shanghai). The hostel had wi-fi in the rooms and really nice food and beverage menu to eat all the daily meals from. So if you are planning to stay in Shanghai and want to live at a really nice place for good money value that's located really central you should totally go to the Shanghai Blue Mountain Bund Youth Hostel!"

"i have been using this hotel whenever i'm in shanghai for more than six years, soon after it first opened. it's good location with easy access to the financial district and close proximity to shopping and restaurants enhances it's appeal. i'm always made to feel welcome and the beds are really comfortable, just what you need after an international flight. also one of the best breakfasts ever! i can recomend this hotel without any reservation."

"we fell in love with shanghai and china upon being well looked after at the airport, friendly geeting, good instructions the shuttle bus driver was very polite, very helpful, and put us at ease the baggage attendant at the hotel gave us good information and exerted no pressure whatsoever we did have trouble understanding the english spoken st the front desk for the check-in and check-out we were inspired by the layout of the room with the very interesting smart balcony idea the room service was very efficient we enjoyed being able to browse the shops downstairs we were so happy to have been able to stay in shanghai at this hotel, it will be a lasting good memory and we'd easily come again thank you for requesting our feedback"
