"I really wanted to give this hotel 0 stars because of how poorly run it is, but the two staff members/housecleaners that are on site are doing the best they can but are not able to make any real decisions or answer any real questions. I bought a night for the wrong date by accident online, so immediately called them to ask for a refund and the management refused. The first mistaken date that I booked was over a month later and so they had no good reason to not refund me outside of greed. There is never any management or owners onsite and are very hard to get a hold of. The location does have a nice view, but it is very difficult to get down to the town center and there are no stores anywhere nearby or at the hotel. The hotel does not even have a restaurant or convenience store, only a vending machine. All rooms to have a kitchen, so this is better suited to families who are travelling with a car and can go shopping for groceries every day. Rooms were very large but old."
